I ordered the ten prints for £20 offer, took longer than the stated time and the range of prints are awful, don’t like any of them and none will be used. Such a waste of money. Don’t bother.

We’re sorry that the particular selection you received wasn’t to your personal taste.
As the reviews below also demonstrate, many customers absolutely love the selection they receive in their Sample Packs. Art is, of course, entirely subjective. What one person loves, another may not, which is precisely why these are sold as randomly selected Sample Packs at £20 for 10 prints.
The product page explains that packs can contain a mixture of archive, overstock, and discontinued designs and that specific designs cannot be selected. If you have a particular style or aesthetic in mind, we would always recommend choosing individual prints from our collections rather than purchasing a random pack and taking the chance on the selection received.
We do, however, need to correct the statement that your order took longer than the stated timeframe.
Your order was placed on 6th September and dispatched on 18th September, which was the 10th working day following your order. At the time of purchase, the product page clearly stated that, due to exceptionally high demand, customers should allow up to 10 working days for Sample Pack dispatch.
Your order was therefore dispatched within the timeframe stated at the point of purchase.
We completely accept that the designs you received weren’t for you, but both the random nature of the product and the dispatch timeframe were clearly explained before purchase.

Just what I needed
I ordered the 10 print pack and there’s nothing not to love! Both sets had really quirky colourful prints just what I was looking for. Paper quality is good, perfect for going in a frame, Fast delivery and worth every penny in my opinion. I will definitely order again when I move on to decorating my next room 😊

I’ve ordered from Punkhaus a few times but this is the first time I’ve ordered a sample pack, and I must say I’m very impressed. Delivery was prompt, carefully delivered, and well packaged. Small query which was dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Service was impeccable as are the prints. Some were supposed to be for presents, but if I’m being honest, I’m probably going to keep them all!

We've checked our customer service enquiries and unfortunately can't find any previous contact from you under the name used for this review, so this is the first we've been made aware that there was an issue with your order.
If all 10 prints have arrived with damage to the same corner, this would strongly suggest that the parcel may have been damaged in transit. This is absolutely something we would want the opportunity to investigate and resolve for you.
Please email our Customer Support team with your order number, photographs showing the damage to the prints, and photographs of the packaging they arrived in. We'll then be able to assess what has happened and discuss the appropriate resolution with you.
We'd always encourage customers to contact us if something isn't right with an order. We can't put an issue right if we haven't been made aware of it, and we're always happy to help when given the opportunity.

The prints were fine mostly, I would gift the ones I didn’t like or used profanity, but I didn’t mind the selection as I knew it would be random. It did differ hugely to the suggested random sample advertised in that the prints were mostly small - A4-A5. The delivery and dispatch took forever. Those were the reasons I rated 2 stars - the difference between the advert and the reality.
The whole sample pack is a good idea but I was given the impression it was to shift overstock which doesn’t ring quite true given the dispatch time.
I don’t think I would buy again, but that’s on me because I knew there was a chance I’d get things I maybe didn’t prefer.

We're pleased to hear you were generally happy with the prints and understood the random nature of the pack.
Just to clarify a couple of points, our Sample Packs contain mixed sizes and A4 and A5 prints form part of the advertised selection, so receiving these sizes isn't different from the product offered. Packs may also contain stronger/offensive designs, which we highlight in the product description before purchase.
The longer dispatch time isn't because the prints are being produced specifically for Sample Pack orders. The offer has received phenomenal demand, and as a small independent business we're currently working through a very high volume of orders. For this reason, we clearly advise at the point of purchase to allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.
The packs are exactly what they're intended to be: a heavily discounted random selection of artwork from across our collections, including archive, overstock, test and unreleased pieces.
We appreciate you giving the offer a try and thank you for the feedback.
Poor Quality and Useless Prints, Poorer Customer Care
Ordered the sample pack expecting the prints to be reflective of a range of products advertised. The prints recieved were unusable - offensive, of poor quality, mainly small A5 pieces and could have been made on a printer, contacted the customer care team to try and ascertain an alternative as I appreciate they are a random selection, customer service agent who advised a blanket no refund policy and suggested that if I did not like it I should purchase another item from their site - not very likely! Still trying to resolve this amicably with the agents, though they seem unaware of the consumer act! Very dissapointing.

We do, however, need to correct a number of factual inaccuracies in this review.
Our records show your pack contained 5 x A4 prints and 5 x A5 prints, rather than "mainly small A5 pieces" as stated. Two of the ten designs contained stronger language, not the majority of the pack.
All Punk Haus artwork is created in-house and professionally printed on 250gsm semi-matt stock. None of the designs are free templates, and each has been, or is, available to purchase individually through our website.
Although our Sample Packs are sold as a heavily discounted, completely random selection, we have nevertheless agreed to accept the return of your order and issue a refund once the complete pack is returned to us. We've provided the returns instructions by email and are simply awaiting the return.
We'd kindly ask that the review is updated to reflect the factual position once the matter has been concluded.
Took a long time to come
Took a long time to come, over 2 weeks. Will use about half of the prints, but I suppose that's what to expect when you buy a mystery bundle, one of the prints I was hoping to get arrived but is very faded, so don't know if that was the way it's meant to be.

Regarding dispatch, due to the phenomenal demand for our Sample Packs, the product page clearly advises that dispatch can take up to 10 working days. Your order was shipped within this advertised timeframe.
In relation to the print you describe as "faded", none of our prints should appear faded as a result of the printing process, so this is likely to be an intentional part of the artwork's design. We can't see any previous correspondence from you regarding this under the name used for your review. If you could please email our customer support team with a photo of the print, we'd be more than happy to take a look and advise further.
Beware of AI Slop
Ordered the 10 for £20 ended up receiving 10 pieces of ai generated Slop… don’t get this if you want to support human made art :-(

We're sorry to read your review, however we do need to correct a number of points.
None of the artwork included within our Sample Print Packs is AI generated. Your statement that customers receive "AI slop" is simply incorrect.
We have also been unable to locate an order matching the name used for this review. If you are a genuine customer, we'd be grateful if you could contact us with your order number so we can investigate your concerns.
If you're unable to provide an order number, we're unfortunately unable to verify that a purchase was ever made.
No refunds?? Know your rights!
Ordered the sample pack and unfortunately not one print was usable. No issues, I contacted and asked for a refund, as is my right, and they refused. After some back and forth and having to explain to them consumer law, they agreed a refund. This took over 3 weeks from receiving the order back to arrive in my bank, with me having to chase it numerous times. Their policy states 10 working days. And even then, they’d deducted the delivery fee I’d initially paid which I had to point out, I was entitled to as per the law. They didn’t even respond to that email I just got a notification a few days later saying a refund had been processed for the delivery fee. Overall, the experience has been awful. I ordered on 1st April and my refund finally came through on 26th May. Customer service sent me a sarcastic email when I pointed out that they can’t advertise this item as non refundable, I felt belittled for knowing my rights. They often ignored my emails and I never got an apology for the time it took to receive my money back. Whilst it’s only £25, how much money have they made by illegally refusing refunds?

I've ordered prints from this company before and they were dispatched and arrived promptly. I loved them all! Really good quality! Recently I ordered the sample pack, and again, the order was dispatched and arrived promptly. All really great prints, and I would honestly have put 9 of them in my basket anyway - the 9 prints were right up my street! The other 1 was just not 'me' but I might 'adapt' it with paint or stickers to MAKE it me, and then it will go on the walls with the others :) Overall, I'm really impressed with quality and customer service.
