I lost complete confidence with PH as they took too long to turnaround my changes, made far too many basic errors which resulted in re-work. I ended up, finishing the work myself and publishing on KDP without their assistance.

I got the impression, after being taken on, the work was outsourced to low cost non-UK based countries where the quality dropped dramatically.

They promised to help me with marketing and SEO but did not.

Generally a glorified typing pool - so avoid!

Actually look at what their website shows and states. As of 29/11/25 it shows a picture of a book titled The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe - however, research it for yourself, publsihershouse.co.uk has not published this book.
As for best book publishing company with award winning portfolio and mentions The Booker Prizes - research if any of their books, have any been awarded a Booker prize. After £6,800 was taken from myself by them, with no materials I could publish as to a professional level, nor any audio books paid for nor any copyright deal paid for - I complained to them their website had information that was incorrect and inaccurate - they changed their website the next day. Please do your own research so you do not pay high sums of money and are left without professional material you can use whilst needlessly wasting time, money and high anxiety levels.

Publishers house as been amazing helping making my first book they gave great illustrations and guide them me through the process.I would recommend publishershouse to anyone who is looking to write a book in the future but don't know where to start from.

Ethan did everything he said he would do to publish my book on Amazon with great enthusiasm ..
The bottom line is that he sells me marketing of course which I don’t have the finances for

Publishers house is an excellent service to use for book publishing and copyright protection. Working with the service was an excellent experience though we had our moments of difficulty, regarding procedures, but they never less than delivered an exceptional experience of service working diligently to get authors vision across clearly from cover art, editing manuscripts, proofreading to formatting the author work to their idea. Also copyright registration which sometimes can be tedious in some cases scenarios and sometimes due to the fact the service is doing it on one’s behalf as a third party which in communication with the copyright office rather than the author. Author somethings can get fatigued waiting and can’t get a direct and clear response to why it’s taking longer than expected but no need to worry publishers house is there for you and they always deliver…

Misleading Service & Lack of Accountability. AVOID

We engaged Publishers House UK for their Wikipedia writing and maintenance service, under the understanding that they would compile our press and mentions / compose a page and keep it live for six months. What was not made clear upfront was that maintenance does not actually ensure the page remains live. Only that they would "monitor" it, which ultimately meant nothing when the page was then removed.

After our page was taken down (according to them maliciously), we were informed that an additional paid service (Wikipedia Protection) was required to prevent removals. Something they conveniently failed to mention before taking our money. Instead of taking accountability, they pushed us towards more paid services, despite their failure to deliver on the original agreement.

Customer service was dismissive, and when we raised concerns, they refused to provide a resolution that didn’t involve further charges. If we had known that maintenance alone was insufficient to keep the page live, we would never have engaged their services.

Avoid this company at all costs if you’re looking for a reliable and transparent Wikipedia service. They lure you in with incomplete information and then upsell you once the issues arise.

I couldn't have asked for a better publishing experience. Their team of professionals was dedicated to ensuring my book got the attention it deserved. The editing and formatting services were top-notch, and I was thrilled with the final product.
