If you have hours to spare you might be able to find someone to complain to like customer services but I had to resort to making my complaint to their new CEO as he seems to be the only person who is willing to provide any contact information. I wanted them to build me a website but I've now given up because it seems they are incapable of doing this. Avoid them or use them at your peril!!!
