Face and eye cream
I recently ordered the face cream along with the eye cream. When I opened the eye cream it was almost empty. I reached out to the company and they offered to refund my money or send me another one. I chose to have them send me a new one. When it arrived I found the same amount of product in the container, about 1/3 full. I guess that is how much you get.
I used the face cream for 2 weeks and my face broke out. I discontinued using it and 3 days later my skin was back to normal.

Public Goods gives off this clean minimal ethical vibe, and I really wanted to like them, but the experience feels mixed. Some items feel thoughtfully made, others feel like they were rushed just to fill the catalog. Shipping delays happen more often than they admit. The brand image is strong, but the operational side feels shaky. I keep hoping they will improve because the concept is good, but right now the quality jumps around too much to trust them fully.

I ordered and received 6 bags of Ramen…
I ordered and received 6 bags of Ramen noodles and the Best Before date is Dec 2025. It’s a little upsetting for the shelf life was only two months. Why I had to pay for merchandise you would no longer sell in two months is beyond me.
My mistake
I realized as soon as I hit the "Order" button that I had forgot to change the delivery address. I emailed Customer Service right away and Margot answered me with in seconds. I sent her the correct address and she had it all taken care of. She is so nice!
