Adam at Psyche Customer Care has been absolutely brilliant! Had ordered something out of stock and has help me sort it out and been great with reply's! Definable one of the best customer services I've ever had. Thank you so much Adam :) !

I have shopped at Psyche for a number of years and always found their clothing and customer service satisfactory. However the real test of a Company's commitment to customer service only arises when there is a problem. I recently had to return an item of clothing from overseas which subsequently went missing. Upon contacting Psyche to enquire about my refund the service I received was exemplary. It would have been quite easy for Psyche to tell me the item hadn't arrived ( at this stage it had been 4 weeks since I returned the item and had lost my tracking receipt). Charley in CS however went out of her way to see if the item had been returned and overlooked. This turned out to be the case and an immediate apology and refund were issued. The E-commerce manager Sam sent a follow up email and in short they have secured my future custom. It maybe because I am getting old and grumpy but good customer service seems to be a thing of the past so hats off to Psyche. Excellent work.

Read some of the reviews and was originally skeptical. I checked with them before purchasing the item that it was in stock; it was. The item arrived in perfect condition. I like the range of unique brand the site offers. Won’t hesitate to use Psyche again.

1st time ordering I wanted some dsquared leggings that they had on sale so I purchased them and got a belt at the same time , I wasnt that fussed about the belt i just bought it while getting the leggings ,my order was shipped out and received within the week no issues there but not as quick as other similar shopping sites, anyway it arrives with no leggings in the box I checked my email and low and behold an email saying they was out of stock so they just sent the belt . Im not best pleased .. also I thought the packaging was rubbish really plain nothing fancy, A brown box with the belt wrapped in bubble wrap doesn't scream designer to me, I'm still waiting on a refund for the leggings over all not a good experience for a 1st time customer . Il stick to flannels or netaporter.

Have never actually ordered from this company. However, I am guessing I once entered a competition where my details were taken without my permission (I always tick no to marketing!) to subscribe me to spam texts about sales with no option to opt-out. The last message I received on 21 August weirdly gave me the opt out option for the first time ever.

I have just looked at my phone statement and I have been charged for this! It's only a small amount so I won't take it further but to be charged for something I never even signed up for is wrong! Just a warning to anyone who orders or signs up to competitions with this company!! I have unsubscribed from many similar things before without being charged.

Ordered a belstaff jacket, I would not normally order such an exspensive jacket online so I was worried about the condition.

My item arrived earlier than I expected and was packed perfectly to ensure the jacket arrived in brilliant condition.

Would definitely order from here again.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. Great sales staff and nothing too much trouble. Also great that jackets have a pit to pit measurement so you have an idea what size is right. Kheira was brilliant with after sales service. Use again without hesitation

1 year on and finally a purposeful time to wear a pair of special shoes ordered from these guys online. Such shame and a complete let-down. They must of sold a manikin demo pair without my knowledge or approval. The packing for the expensive brand was not rite and quality (stitching) poor. Must of been store promotion pair, to that effect, but advertised online as new, never used or worn. Internationalises, stay away from online orders.

I saw bad reviews of this place so was super wary but thought they may have just been going through a rough patch so decided to try.

Ordered a t shirt through them, which was cited as available on their website. Was waiting for this after the order being confirmed and a few days later they emailed back to say they didn't actually have it and had to cancel the order. Even though I'm getting my money back, this is still a very impractical experience and very unprofessional on their end

Bit of a shambles - a very poor customer service experience

ordered twice, both times THEY cancelled my order, no explanation as to why then had to wait a long time for refunds! wouldn't use this company again!

I orderd on the 21st June and have NOT received my item. I have emailed twice and am still waiting for a reply. Not good at all

Dreadful company with very bad customer service, I ordered a gift for my husband for our anniversary and was told by the website that i get free next day delivery! But that wasn’t the case the delivery came after 4 days and when i rang in to track my order the lady over the phone was no help neither did she email me with my tracking number nor did she get back to me. I put a complaint in through email but still got no reply.

Stupid website I bought a t shirt last Tuesday and it still has not arrived when the delivery is meant to be 2-3 days and they dont even pick up the phone and this top was mean to be for eid which is this Friday guess i wont be wearing it
