We had a great experience with this coach company! Matt came down to our school beforehand to meet us and hear our needs. The communication was excellent, the coach was clean and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly on the day. Highly recommended!

Matt dealt with my booking brilliantly, there was a slight issue with the booking numbers, which may have been my fault

However, it was all sorted with a bigger coach and no extra charge, Matt couldn't do enough and the day went smoothly with no problems

The company was easy to deal with and reliable. The coach arrived on time. It was clean and comfortable. The driver took us safely into London and back.The journey was well-prepared, with an optimal drop-off point sought out ahead of time.

We used Proximity to take a group of bankers and legal professionals to Royal Ascot in June.

The booking process was very smooth and communication clear throughout. The whole experience was stress free and resulted in a fantastic day out!

With 4hrs to go, I was asked to book at 25+ seater coach. I contact Proximity Coach, as well as a few others. But Proximity were the first to call me back for more details . He asked if I could give him 15/20mins to sort, which i was happy to. 10mins later he had sorted it all. quick fast professional. Thank you soooo much.

Coach was 45 minutes late for pick up.
Coach driver was both rude and mentally unstable.

We recently booked a coach trip to the races using Proximity and S-Line Coaches to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and stress-free.

The communication before the trip was clear and timely, keeping us well informed about pick-up times and locations. The staff were friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel welcome on board.

Special mention goes to the driver Faruk – safe, professional, and punctual, which helped us relax and enjoy the day from the moment we set off. The whole trip ran like clockwork, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into planning it.

Matt at Proximity organised coaches for 2 events i organised this summer - one a large festival in which we needed to ferry people to neighbouring villages and get them home safely. All worked perfectly and Matt communicated brilliantly on it all. Thank you, would highly recommend using these guys.

We booked two trips with this bus company for our rugby tour to London, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the start, we were warmly welcomed, and the service was professional and well organized. Both journeys ran smoothly, and we made it to all our destinations right on time. The drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely book with them again for our next trip!

We contacted Proximity very last minute when our coach cancelled within 24hrs of our booking for a charity walk doing Yorkshire 3 peaks. Proximity went above and beyond to source a coach suitable for us very quickly.

We recently used Proximity Coach Travel for a group airport transfer, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were a group of 20 people heading to the airport for an early morning flight, and everything ran smoothly.

The coach arrived on time and had plenty of space for both passengers and luggage.

Booking was straightforward, and the customer service team was responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommended for any group travel needs!

We’ve been travelling from England to Italy with young children . Journey took 42 hours . From the beginning we had a problem with broken air conditioning, which was extremely uncomfortable .
Children were vomiting due to the heat. Our requests not been taken seriously. We felt extremely vulnerable and we’ve not been listen and children’s needs been neglected .Coach drivers have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their passengers. This includes a duty of care. This company is not following the law .
We are currently on our way back home and we are experiencing even worst issue . Temperature outside are reaching 30 degrees and we have no air conditioning on board , we have to take more breaks which will make our journey delayed. Children should be back at school on Monday but this company is not taking into consideration that extreme heat is making children unwell .
Coach is old , toilets aren’t working ! It’s disgusting.

Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! We were a group of 78 people traveling from England to Italy, and the problems started right away: broken air conditioning, terrible planning, and unexpected delays. The journey took 42 hours instead of 27! The company only responded when we threatened to leave a bad review.

Broken seats, dirty interiors, a cracked windshield, and faulty outlets were the least of our concerns. I’m still in the coach and I’m concerned about kids and adults health!! It’s so hot !! Not air to breathe!!! Toilet not working and stinks very badly!!!Never ever again with this company!!! Terrible service!!!!
