Delivery was on time, got an email the day before, already have 2 proplast but needed something bigger for my monitor. Met Steve the owner , what a lovely man. Can't rate them enough. And the price wow.

This is the second time ordering from Proviv after being so impressed with first vivarium we got. The quality and workmanship by Steve is excellent, they are the most simple to construct vivs we have ever experienced, and the finished product looks stunning. In my opinion it is well worth the slightly longer wait than you’d have for a mass produced, off the shelf product, and Steve delivers orders himself which is a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering from Proviv again and again!

Ordered a tortoise table from Steve as his company had the exact dimensions we were looking for after searching for a while. Communication about delivery was spot on and arrived yesterday. Very very pleased with the quality and build. Will definitely be using Provivs again. Really nice bloke too! 👍🏻

I ordered an 8x2x2 ft vivarium in black and it came really fast (9 days after purchasing)! The vivarium was really easy to put together, took me around 20 minutes all together to build! So straight forward, great customer service all round a great experience!

Such an amazing company, first of all my vivarium came in perfect quality and so beautiful. You can tell they really put care into hand making these vivariums for you! Second of all, great communication with the company. Every email I sent them there would be a quick reply with helpful information. 10/10 absolutely recommend, vivariums are super easy to build too.

Very high quality vivarium, fitted together perfectly, was delivered by the person who made it, so well looked after and zero transport damage. Really well made, will definitely be using again when I upgrade my others.

I ordered a 5x2x2 as an upgrade for my ball python, build quality is excellent and it was simple to build, Steve is extremely helpful and delivery was superb. It did take 2 weeks longer than stated on his website, but it was worth the extra wait. You won't be disappointed with your purchases. Cheers Steve.

I ordered a vivarium from pro vivs and it arrived within there four week time frame the quality of the vivarium is excellent it has nice thick panels and is very easy to put together and is very solid and sturdy
I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future

Ordered a vivarium that says you may wait up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive that’s fine by me had mine delivered roughly 4 weeks later no issues very happy with service will be using again thanks guys good quality vivariums

Delivered a nice corner vivarium but the handle to one of the doors has the holes in the wrong place. Contacted provivs and they told me they'd send a new door piece. It's been 4 months and no door piece has come and they won't answer my emails.

I ordered a 4x2x2 Viv and stand.. items were out for delivery within the time scales quoted on the website. Delivery was brilliant. I am a novice with diy but totally managed to get them both built with no issues. Excellent quality items and they look fantastic. 100% will be buying again when my other reptiles are ready for their upgrades. Thank you so much

I placed an order for a vivarium and a cabinet on 18 December 2024. I placed them as two separate orders and asked on that same day for those orders to be merged. No response.

On 25 December (after collecting a rescue and realising I would need to make changes), I asked to increase the size of the vivarium/cabinet. I received a response that same day from the owner that he would send me an updated price in a few days.

On 29 December I had not received any updates, which I took to mean nothing had progressed on my order, so I asked to add two more items to my order (on the assumption it hadn't shipped). No response.

On 5 January I asked for an update on the adjusted price so I could pay the difference and get an idea when things would be shipped out (my dragon is in a temporary set-up but not what she needs). No response.

On 15 January, still not having received any communication about order/shipment status, I requested an adjustment to a light I had asked for, and asked to be notified it would be shipped out in the next week or so, so that I could make other plans if not. No response.

On 18th Jan I wrote to ProViv to say that it seemed my order had been abandoned and that I wanted a refund. I received a virtually instant response from the owner, claiming he had been sending me emails that I wasn't responding to (nothing in my spam, and if he did, it certainly wasn't connected to the email chain we had been communicating on - I even asked him what email address he had sent that to as I was not receiving anything not in the chain, and he declined to answer this). He also complained about my asking to change the order as I had, which I found interesting, as most pet shops, etc. seem to encourage owners learning more about their animals and improving their set-ups as they go, and it hardly seemed to be an inconvenience considering my order wasn't even processed.

I have been very surprised by this experience as this shop had come recommended to me through a rescue, and I certainly wasn't expecting to be both ignored and brow-beaten by ProViv. This is not a friendly shop ready to be responsive and educate customers about caring for their animals, this is a defensively run business that lacks humility when there is an issue - a delay I had been willing to live with, but not without any communication and certainly not with the nastiness that followed.

We have bought a Viv for one of our snakes from ProViv around 3 years ago, never had an issue with it, and still looks like brand new, so when My daughter wanted to buy the other snake a new Viv for Xmas we didn’t think twice about using ProViv again.
This time something was different, we had been in touch with Steve and he had sent an ETA for the delivery, what I didn’t actually expect was for him to turn up personally with the Viv! All brought directly into the house for me.
You just can’t get better customer service than that.
My daughter would like to say we would order from him again - but the quality of these vivs is outstanding, and I’ve told her flat out - no more snakes! But I’m more than happy to recommend them to everyone!

I ordered a complete vivarium set up. Spoke with Steve, a couple of times. I wasn't sure that I'd bought the right heating system. Steve assured me that he would bring a couple of options with him. The end result is that I now have a fantastic set up, with exactly what I need, and not what I thought I needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The quality of their Vivariums is excellent. I like the variety of sizes and colours they offer. I would recommend this company.

I ordered a corner vivarium for £350. It was delivered with one piece of glass smashed, two cracked, the colour was different, there was a big gap in the front it etc. The seller admitted he rushed building it and didn’t carry out any quality checks. He said he would collect it the following week but he didn’t nor did he answer any emails to let me know when I would receive my refund. I then filed a dispute with PayPal and he still wouldn’t respond. It then escalated to a claim. Once it goes to the claim stage the seller and the buyer can longer correspond, it all goes via PayPal. Then the buyer emailed me personally even though he wasn’t meant to, to say he would now collect it, then turned up at my house! PayPal advised me to not give him the viv back or correspond with him. They said if he collected it then I wouldn’t have proof of return and it would make it difficult to get my money back. I shipped him the viv back via courier which cost over £60. PayPal closed the claim today in my favour and I finally got my money back after about 6 weeks. Beware of this seller and read his terms and conditions properly before you order. Make sure you buy via PayPal or credit card in case anything goes wrong then your protected. If you order a custom made item you may not be protected. PayPal also don’t refund return postage so I’m out of pocket by £60 now. If you want a viv look at my other reviews or order from elsewhere.
