If I could give this company negative 5 stars, I would. I can't express how much I HATE this company for what they have done to myself and many others.
They scammed everyone into purchasing their products in an illegal way and now they aren't a company anymore so we have all been scammed out of thousands of dollars.
I hope they go to jail for what they have done! They aren't deserving of any kindness in the upcoming legal battles and I hope they have to pay every penny back plus more!!!

No they're left with a debt of 45k and a pending court date. We are planning on fighting this but it's been so unnecessary. Please stay clear of this company.

This company is a SCAMM!! I am getting charged without any service and I tried to contact them but no response and they still getting money out of my account

No service but still charging me money and I heard this company is out of business

Customer reps like Prachi provide helpful, polite service and resolve issues like leaking filters or buyouts. However, repost of financial traps and misleading contacts seriously damage trust.

Sadly, my husband and I have been a victim of a scam from this company as well 😢. We had some equipment installed during Covid. We were promised government rebates and never received anything. Thankfully, the equipment that we did get installed are working We were not happy that payments doubled after 2 years. We basically have over payed for a water heater, a water filter system, insulation and a couple of outside cameras. Total loan is $25000. Unbelievable. I have emailed and called so many times and it always ends in nothing. There needs to be a class action law suit against this company. I called the Financit company and they tell me nothing can be done at their end.

According to the CBC special on the Marketplace TV program. These folks have scammed many, many people out of millions of dollars.

Had heat pumps installed and now require service as seniors we have no heat and phone numbers no longer in service and the finance company has increased the interest rate extremely and no help to have equipment repaired or government assistance on payments

Scam! scam!! scam!!!
After the installation, the company disappeared. They cannot be reached by phone and via email.
They did not fulfil any of their obligations.
I am interested in joining anyone who may want to take legal actions against them.

WHAT A BUNCH A SHADY SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!! My poor elderly parents now being harassed by Financeit to make payments on something that doesn't work, overheating pump that runs constantly and hydro bills through the roof, poor people who can't sleep at night not knowing if there house will burn down. Lets fight for this.. obviously Financeit was in cahoots with Provincial and they must have known each other some how some way... what do you think?? Provincial needs to pay for what they have done... installing crap units that don't even work. what is everyone doing about their situation? what do we do?? what has everyone who has been screwed over been doing about it?

My AC stopped working in June of 2024. I contacted PSH and they had two so called tech s check but had no parts to fix the AC. In Aug I filed a complaint to the BBB and through them they replied that the part was on order though they're warehouse. I tried to contact them again but they don't answer. In September I had the problem fixed at my cost. This company will scam you. I signed up for home insurance to cover stuff like this and got scammed.

AVOID this company! They are scammers. I am still waiting for the rebate they promised me two years ago. They claim there’s nothing they can do because the technicians don’t work for them. Maybe they should make that disclaimer when promising the rebate in the first place!!

It's a big scam. They put lien on the house if you get their services. They promise for lot of things but you won't get anything. Still waiting for the rebate that was promise 3 years ago. When I started my service I was paying $40 by weekly but all of the sudden my payments went upto $81 by weekly, from 2.99% it went up to 11.99%. Please avoid this company.

Scam! Scam! Scam! They scammed me 24000 and disappeared! I was told 10 years interest free and up to 9000 rebate, but after one year i am charged 14.99%. 14 months later, I still haven’t received my rebate! Let’s suit the company!

This company made promises and they didn't follow through on. It takes many tries and perserverance to finally get a hold of anyone and all you get is the run around and empty promises. They owe me an $8,000.00 rebate wich I have on paper and when I do get to talk to someone they say that the rebate section is working on it and someone will call me. I have had my work done going on 1.5 years and still no rebate.
