The product has produced the results that were promised. Clearer thinking, more energy and we even lost some weight. With the lifestyle change that has occurred, we will certainly lose more. I am glad that our family doctor recommended it.

The perfect 5 day fast!

After 3 consecutive months doing the 5 day fast we now do it every 3-4
months. Feel so good after and love clean energy we get after the first couple days.

My Go-To for a Reset

I've done roughly 8 rounds over the past 6 years. It is the only fast I'll do. Easy to follow; but requires your commitment. Nut bars for breakfast, soups for lunch and dinner. Some snacks depending on the day. Sign up for the free coaching zoom calls on the week you plan to do the 5-day; they will walk you through preparing and the day you break the fast. Lots of helpful tips on the calls. If you are registered for that session, they will email you a link if you miss it live. There's 20 years of science behind it and it works. My RDN recommended I give it a try when I hit a plateau after losing the first 30 pounds. I still do this fast when I need a reset. Great customer service. Quick delivery. You can email them with questions. Lots of support. If you do any fast, do this one.

I’ll start by saying

I’ll start by saying, I’ve done the reset twice before this! And obviously liked it as was planning to do the third reset.
I ordered from Prolon.ca directly and paid full price, as I did before. Once box arrived, I was curious as the two different vitamins which were included in previous orders, were not there?!?
I contacted customer service and they said, in very long winded message, they no longer provide! Ok??
I requested a refund as I felt, I ordered kit and parts were missing. After 11 emails back and forth, they asked me to “prove” where on the website, I seen that vitamins were included! By this time their tone was borderline hostile. I however, did take a screenshot of vitamins being included! I asked for the forth time for a full refund! No response and now my emails won’t go through to them. Extremely disappointed as I did like the reset in the past

No More Cravings and Full Energy

I am so happy I just finished Prolon..It was so great. I have a high appetite and always hungry and with Prolon I wa never hungry, and felt so clear and energetic and this is my 6th day .Today on my 6th day I woke up , I was not hungry really, ate only 1 fasting bar, then went out, ran errands, walked 1 hour and came home, did cleaning and I was not a bit hungry, I felt so energetic and decided to eat some salad at 6 pm..This is a great freedom, I felt like I am so powerful not having those cravings..All I want is to keep this state..thank you

Bad website

Product good, I gave it 3 stars because the website sucks, pain to get on then once on, account setting does not give you the info you need same with subscriptions, sending me a subscription when it says I have non and not able to fix it or cancel it

I have used Prolon FMD twice now and…

I have used Prolon FMD twice now and loved it!! I can't wait to try the NexGen box!! I love the idea of the soup being pre-made and eating it hot or cold 😎 It will be so convenient for work 🙂
