A very satisfied new customer!

I'm on day 3 and am finding the program to be easier to follow than imagined. I do have a good framework around food intake, and my body does not need a lot, which is why I took on the program to begin with. The soups are good and the tea, crackers, olives, bars and chocolate "goodie" are satisfying. I'm really never hungry. I took the coaching advice and stayed busy this week, cancelled all outings, am in bed early, and am focused on me! I just signed up for a subscription and will attempt to follow the program 1x/month for the next few months.

Too much advertising

I don't like that when I'm purchasing something that you're advertising constantly literally every other day it's your last day Sunday is your last day and then Monday today's your last day I think that's ridiculous advertising and I don't like that you charge shipping and I don't like that when you purchase it it has a space for a gift code or a discount code but you don't offer a code so why bother putting that there. And I think anybody that is subscribed should get a lesser price than somebody who is not. I haven't received the product and I think it's ridiculous that you sent an email out as soon as you buy something asking how you did. You didn't do great it takes 7 to 10 days to get it. You should wait two weeks before you send out a review the ad advertising and the surveys are constant and annoying.

I've completed 9 rounds, anyone notice Prolon changed a few months back?

I've completed 9 rounds, and somewhere around the 5th round they changed the packaging and taste of the crackers, they are HORRIBLE!! Also, the flavor of the olives is not the same standard as before. I used to love Prolon, now I just "like" it, but I'm committed to one full year of monthly 5 FMD. 2 more rounds and I'll choose another company unless they start allowing choice in the soup, fasting bars, and L-drink flavors. They think offering different boxes is enough, but it is not. I also dislike the giant packaging boxes. I have completed many rounds and feel it's easier and cheaper along with being environmentally conscious to decrease the packaging waste!!

I love this business!

Somehow

Somehow, a different account was created for me under my husband's email (who does not order proton). I didn't;t realize I had created a subscription because when I go to my account it does not show the last two orders. I only knew I was getting an order because my credit card was charged. I cannot modify my account or merge the two accounts for accuracy.

I love the products, but...

I love the products, but the emails are not carefully worded. I kept getting emails saying to expect my delivery of Prolon foods today. What it actually meant was, that my order was being processed today. So I had to pay extra for expedited shipping. When you get fired up to start a fast, you want it to be on time 🙂

Beyond expectations!

The "food" is delicious! The customer service is wonderful! I would never be able to do a water only fast. This program gave me the will power to get through a full 5 day fast! I am diabetic and this program kept my numbers in the green all five days! This has not happened in years. I am so grateful for ProLon.

Choc L-shake is what I need to stay on…

Choc L-shake is what I need to stay on track. Wasn't sure I'd like it since it contains stevia, but it is delicious and very creamy. Thankfully I don't taste the stevia. I dilute it with more water, ice or some coconut milk to make it go further. The price per shake is about what I'd pay for my yogurt and fruit, so I'm ok with price, especially with discount code from my coach.

Successful phone, but …
