Very helpful Customer Service team, speedy arrival of orders

I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the Customer Service team at ProLon UK is. The first kit I tried, I loved the nut bars, lemon & mint tea, crackers (which I broke up into the soups) & olives. I did not like the Butternut squash soups, very tasteless, and had to leave a couple. The rest were tolerable and filled me up. After just 3 days I had better energy and brain clarity, and by day 5 (having improvised a bit on days 4 & 5 as I couldn't stomach more of the powdered soups!) I felt great. I would do it again, and have ordered the Organic Next Gen kit which has liquid soups and look forwards to using this soon. Yes it is very expensive, & I wish it were less costly. Both orders arrived really fast, after 2-3 days, very impressed! For the kits with powdered soups I recommend avoiding the Butternut Squash soups....

Don’t rely on email help

Accidentally ordered, cancelled and reordered. At no time in email follow up did anyone bother to say that if you immediately cancelled a subscription made in error the subscription would be cancelled but not the first package. Especially confusing since they kept just saying which order do you want to cancel? Which didn’t mean anything without an explanation. Terrible service.

Awful

Awful, scammy company. Asked for a refund for an unopened box and they kept stalling “waiting for an answer from the delivery company”. Had to initiate a chargeback to get my money back after several weeks and unreplied emails. Do not trust this company.

Probably one of the worst supply…

Probably one of the worst supply organisations I have used. After an order is placed they send out offers for a cheaper price!! They do not update existing subscriptions to the cheaper price. They fail to respond, continually debiting any payment data, failing to refund and putting right the errors.

L Nutra/Prolon Awful Customer Service - avoid

Prolon 5 order and subscription cancelled. Later that day Evri notified me they had received a package, from L Nutra, which they delivered to an unattended porch the following day without my having an opportunity to reject the package. NO return address on the box. I have emailed prolon.co.uk contact point at info@ in the prescribed time to exercise my right to return the product for a refund under the distance selling regulations but Prolon/LNutra have not acknowledged my emails to provide a mailing label - they remain uncontactable. Totally unsatisfactory customer service.

This works! Everyone should try it.

As I write I am in the middle of day 5 and have not felt this good since the last time I did it in July. I have stocked up thanks to Black Friday sales and will be doing it monthly for another 4 months to keep this feeling going. Everything improves immeasurably from day 4; sleep, mood, sugar levels, food cravings - it all just gets better.
With a bit of preparation the week before, i.e. reduce sugar, meat and alcohol consumption, you will not be hungry. Don't let the word 'starvation' put you off - it is not a starvation diet. And before you know it, 5 days have past and you look and feel amazing. I have recommended this to everyone I know and do, wholeheartedly, to everyone who reads this.
P.S. Another bonus is how it reveals your real relationship with food. I thought I never snacked and ate healthy foods, then the truth came out when I craved sugary tea, biscuits and fried chicken, and I realised how I would reach for food (sugar) for emotional comfort - it's eye opening.

Good luck! You'll thank yourself for doing it.

The best fasting

I have done 4 rounds of 5-day fasting and can’t be more happy with results in terms of weight loss and health. Prolon obviously knows what they’re doing, fast is balanced, food is good (I really liked version 4) also they provide zoom support with Prolon nutritionists which is very helpful. Highly recommend

Great Plan to use for better health.

Ordered the 5 day plan. It arrived promptly. Good instructions on how to prepare and eat everything. I found the plan quite easy, I didn’t get hungry at all. I am a seasoned faster though, fasting every day and a 40+fast Sunday to Tuesday.
