They sell LV fragrances claiming it to be original. After recieving the product its obvious its not an original one but instead a copy. After contacting customer service they told me its told in the product description that it is a copy, when buying the product the product description has no mention of this. I have pictures to prove that there was no mention of it being a copy. Only after complaint did they add it to the description and refused to refund me.

Fraud company ,fake product,horrible customer care
I ordered dr Althea 345 form their website In Aug 2025
I noticed something was different about the box right when I received but I thought I was assuming it since their website looked trustworthy
I finished my last tube yesterday(which was ordered from a different website )and opened it smelled so bad like like it was full of chemicals and has different texture than the ones I used before
I have been using the cream for more than 4 months now
So I know the texture quite well
My biggest mistake ?
Throwing away the box it came in
Because i didn’t think it would be fake .i emailed the company and texted them and when i called them
They were arrogant from the beginning claiming they were just a drop shipping company and they said that customers order from different company and claim what we sent is fake
And said we won’t be giving you any solution to this
Fraud company ,fraud website ,fake products

Delayed delivery even after paying for Express
I paid 190 Rs. for express delivery, still the product took 7 days to reach Bangalore.
I had to fly the same day...so it was just in time otherwise I would have missed the package. This wasn't the experience I was looking for.

I was sent the in incorrect product and…
I was sent the in incorrect product and tried to return it. I was told I could still use the product I had. The product was a permanent colour not semi and contained acidic not alkaline ingredients. I was given a very rude response, to which I had to educate the company service operator. To then be told they are not professional hairdressers. So why are they giving hair care advice on chemical products and then gaslighting the customer with over 30 years hairdressing experience?? Rude and Dangerous. Avoid this company

The company seems to sell unauthentic and fake products. They don't even know where are they sourcing products from? I had ordered the Olaplex No 4 Shampoo. When scanned, the QR on it says the product is not authentic. When I called the customer care, the person told me that it's not the case and he made up a story. And he even told me that we have stopped selling Olaplex products, but the products are still on sale on their website. I don't know where are these people procuring their products from and duping people. Please don't buy from them. VEry risky and total waste of money.

As explained over the call these are Salon professional products procured from authorised company appointed distributor. We clearly explained that these products should be bought after consulting with senior trained hairdresser as the ph level of scalp varies from person to person and changes after chemical processing of hair. Non the less as you have already stated in the review we don't sell inauthentic products but sell only genuine products
Fake perfumes
I bought multiple bottles of deodorant from Prokare, and these were fake. They did not have a batch code or production stamp, sealed packaging, a full list of ingredients, or correct labeling. Prokare is not an authorized dealer of top perfume brands. They may be selling other genuine products, but their steeply discounted fragrances are imitations or gray-market copies. Do not buy fragrances from this website.

Dear Adarsh. Thanks for your review but here we would like to State that we have very clearly written on product pages of deodorant that "The product is overrun production from manufacturer" and have also mentioned that the original price is Rs 8000 plus whereas the same overrun products costs only 990. There are many customers from various parts of country who can't afford a deodorant which costs 8000-9000 but are looking for a overrun products which are more in their reach. Hope this clarifies our stand as far as overrun perfumes and deodorant are concerned.

The owner is fraudster. If you want to lose your money, you may buy from them. The seller also uses abusive language and his business isn't doing so well, so he takes it out on his customers. Don't go by their google reviews, it's all paid and falsified.
