Issues in setting up my charger and was put through to Uways who patiently and with care took me through the software and inputting needed. He was a star! Nothing but praise.

Had an issue with pairing my EV charger with my phone. Uways was extremely helpful, not only was he patient in taking me through the steps but also kept me posted all the way through. I called just about at closing time and not once he tried to rush the call, great service and I managed to charge my car with ease.

Raised a service ticket on Sunday and I must say AI assistant was good at getting the information about my charging problem ready for a technician to take a look on Monday morning. Excellent email communication throughout. The technician (John Bone) quickly responded and sorted the problem over the airwaves by updating the firmware and changing some settings. Very impressed!

Few alterations to the settings and we are back up and running, Thank you Lewis.

Paul Kolawole at the EV support centre gave excellent and patient guidance to get my car charger internet connection up and running both on the telephone and by email.
Very much recommend his assistance.

After days of the charger not connecting tp project ev system ,I had the day off work ,lewis took my call and for over a hour constantly trying different things ,eventually successfully get the charger all up and running granted some of it was my fault but lewis sorted it all out and was very polite the full conversation ,I would highly recommend this service if anyone had a problem thanks again mark

The agent was able to get my charger working with my app and guided me clearly through the process.

Had the EV charger fitted but was unable to get it linked to my phone using the instructions. However after getting through to the help line Samuel helped to sort this immediately. The user manual could just do with updating to say you need to stand next to the charger to link it to your phone

Samuel Phillips help me get the chargers online and was very supportive ,helped me sort a problem out with the chargers. Very helpful. Rang me back when the phone got cut off.

Lewis Woolitt the CS agent was extremely patient and most helpful with getting me set up. He took his time guided me through and was very pleasant polite in every way.

Good explanation of the product along with clear and concise instruction from Samual Phillips which enabled me to solve my problem and learn more about the product.

1st class customer service. I called, didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d try again but didn’t have to, got a call from Lewis (Woollett) asking how he could help.

He then tried all sorts to resolve my issue, but ended up needing to book a visit. Wasn’t for a lack of trying that’s for sure!

Comms were great, Lewis was clear on what they were doing and why. This is how customer service should be!!

Once they decided on a visit, Jaida-Leigh contacted me explaining my options clearly and to be clear, the options were pretty good considering my charger is about 4 years old.

Keep up the excellent work, a pleasure to deal with you all.

We are new to electric vehicles and didn’t have the first idea how the charging at home works. We wanted to take advantage of the overnight cheap rates offered by Octopus and although we already had a charging unit installed on our new build house we had never even looked at it. We contacted Project EV for help and spoke to Paul Kolawole.
He was amazing! Explained everything we needed to do and went through setting up the account, even ensuring the charger was connected to our WiFi. Believe me he had to be very patient with us but didn’t show any signs of frustration. We are all sorted and so grateful for his assistance. Thanks Paul, you’re a star!

After issues with Octopus not recognising my charger Paul helped resolve this issue quickly and explained the problem without any issue.
