Add in a gym shop where you can buy clothing, food, supplements etc, changing rooms and showers and friendly team members and classes and you have all you need under two roofs (the gym and the performance area) seven days a week.

My favourite gym
I love this gym. I feel welcomed and safe, and I love the classes. I'm not much of a gym goer(like just gym), but I take the classes that I like and have not been disappointed. The instructors are amazing, and I love how they motivate us to push harder to beat our PBs. They always adapt the exercises to meet my needs and that shows their level of care for their customers. To me, thats very important!! I love the atmosphere as well.
I made a good choice in switching to this gym as it's been over a year now and worth every penny. Highly recommend it.

The best gym in the south west
The best gym in the south west! All the staff are so friendly, approachable and great with advice. Will help you out with anything. Will certainly miss going here only left due to relocating.
