Extremely unprofessional service. I contacted BW Cleaning on behalf of my mother for regular weekly cleaning at her family home. We confirmed the details, agreed on a time and rate, and provided the full address in advance. They acknowledged everything and even confirmed the appointment.

On the day of the scheduled clean, they didn’t show up at the agreed time, ignored multiple calls and messages, and gave no explanation or update. If they didn’t want the job, they could’ve simply communicated that instead of wasting our time.

Completely unreliable and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Firstly, we requested a clean for the weekend and got a no show as the admin had booked us in for the wrong date. Rearranged for a new date and were again left waiting an hour for anyone to show up. Carpets were requested to be cleaned but look like nothing has been done to them. Very difficult to contact and reach will not be hiring again.

Extremely unprofessional company who started an end of tenancy clean for me and never finished it. I naively thought they were being kind by saying they’d come back to finish the work on a day where they could better access the house. Tried to arrange for the work to be finished and they’re now ignoring my calls and messages. I even waited for them to show up and lost hours of a busy Saturday. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and some time but it’s clear they’re intentionally not responding to me. On making the booking they were very attentive.. The company name is truly ironic. I’m hugely disappointed I paid them money and feel absolutely duped. Avoid and spend your money on a genuine company who care and deliver.

Seeing as this company are now ignoring all of my calls and emails I have no choice but to write this review. We paid £200 for an end of tenancy clean and the check out highlighted a dirty oven, dirty stove, dirty freezer drawers, dirty sink, dirty washing machine, dirty toilet, dirty mantelpiece and dirty skirting boards (we have pictures to prove all of this).

They agreed to go back before the new tenants move in- they said they could only do Saturday so we made it very clear that they only had between 10-2 on the Saturday to collect the keys from estate agents (the new tenants move in on Monday) to which they told us they would. They never showed up and are now ignoring all of our attempts to contact them.

We are extremely dissatisfied with this service and are now potentially being charged for another professional clean out of our deposit!!! We will be getting in touch with citizens advice bureau unless they respond to our calls and emails with a suitable solution.

If you want a stress free move- do not use this company.

We booked this company to spruce up our house prior to putting it on the market, and arranged for them to come today at 9am. When I phoned at 9:30 they hadn't got us in the diary and promised to get a team to us for 2pm. At that point they ceased to answer the phone, or reply to voice messages or emails. We were left wondering if anyone would show up at 2, and wasted half a day waiting around. Needless to say, nobody came.

Mistakes happen, but I find the lying and avoidance of communication much more annoying and incredibly UN-professional.

Paid for an after construction clean at the cost of £289. Which I was told this would cover 6-7 hours cleaning. They got here 9:15 and gone by 1:00.
I Informed rob of furniture left inside property he told me that furniture will be moved and cleaned under and on top.
I got home from work to find all interior windows completely smeared and needed recleaning by ourselves, A lot of debris left on the carpet. Sofa and cupboards had not been moved with a substantial amount of debris left underneath. Shower hadn’t been touched an was as filthy as before.
I msged rob to inform him that I wasn’t satisfied which he replied saying it wasn’t him that cleaned the shower and that we were right about the furniture not being moved. He added that he could return on the following Sunday to put things right but as we had to move back into our house on the Wednesday this wouldn’t have worked for us as we would obviously need to use the shower. They advertised this as an after construction deep clean but honestly we could have and have done a better job ourselves. Don’t get sucked in my the decent looking website as we did.

Arranged a domestic clean via email, with regular correspondence up until the booking to provide all the info needed. On the day no one turned up and we had no communication at all. I’ve emailed and left a message but have been completely ghosted! Very disappointing and unprofessional. We’ve now booked with a more reliable service

Absolutely shocking service from "Professional" Cleaners Bath & Bristol. I booked them for a deep clean of my small 2 bed flat, they did a really poor job as a lot of areas were left uncleaned, not what I expect for a £189 deep clean. Paid extra for the oven to be cleaned and that was poorly done as well. Not only that, but a mirror I had in my kitchen disappeared! Clearly either stolen it, or broke it by mistake and did not tell me.

I managed to finally get in contact with someone via email, and they agreed to come back and re-clean the flat and replace my mirror, come the day they said they would be there, and they don't show up! absolute radio silence from them as well, shocking. they say they have a "100% satisfaction garauntee", but that couldn't be any further from the truth.

Do not use this company, incredibly unproffessional from the start. All positive reviews have clearly been bought as they're not even from the UK!! Bunch of criminals.

I have only amazing reviews for professional cleaners. One of the best cleaning companies I have used. I was in desperate need of cleaning my new house I was amazed at how thorough,friendly and well equipped they were. Look further more

We booked for end of tenancy clean for nearly £500. They showed up and left after only an hour without contacting us! We only found out when we went at end of day to check and found the place still not clean. Promised to come back and then never showed (again without contacting us). Had to have letting agency book their cleaners and charge whatever they wanted (almost double). Embarrassing, costly and cost us an excellent reference as tenants. Very UNprofessional cleaners Bristol and Bath!

I booked this company for a moving in clean and an end of tenancy/ moving out clean and was happy they could come short notice for the former, for which I paid them upon leaving. The clean was average - the staff were about to leave without even cleaning the fridge and there were quite a few areas left uncleaned. We then arranged that they would come an hour before the planned end of tenancy clean to do some of these uncleaned spots, booked for the last day of my tenancy. I said on email I would pay after the clean to ensure satisfaction, with no objection raised. On the scheduled day, I waited for them for over 2 hours - they did not show up or even contact me! I called multiple times (they had told me they were available on the phone up to 11pm 7 days a week), I messaged and emailed them but have yet to hear anything back 4 days later. Furthermore, the emails I exchanged with them never had a name at at the end so I never knew who I was speaking to.
In conclusion, I have serious concerns for the professionalism and legitimacy of this company. They have caused me a lot of stress, frustration, cost me a lot of time and energy, and have geopardised my deposit. I'm at least relieved I hadn't paid them beforehand. I don't know if this is a one off, but I would have expected some communication and response at least if there was a valid reason for them not showing up. I have never written a negative review before, but I felt it was important to share my negative experience, to raise concerns about this company, and maybe prevent other people from such issues.
