The only minor issue is there are some content or events which are interesting, but the timings are not very APAC friendly.

Great inclusive, accessible resources and community
The PLA provides some fantastic resources and puts on events all over the world for thousands, enabling and advancing the craft and people in role. But what is excellent about the PLA is the breadth of accessibility of content, events and collaborators. These are not exclusive items (outside of the subscription) for the top 0.1% of leaders, but everyone regardless of experience or skill level, and regularly they provide a platform for new entrants to speak and discuss, not often seen elsewhere.

A wonderful PLA community
What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?
PLA has given me incredible access to this community. I have not been able to find a community that matches the PLA! I am able to ask the group questions, brainstorm with others, and problem-solve together.
There isn't much I dislike about the community. I occasionally feel like I get too many promotional emails or slack messages but I usually opt out.

The Product Ops course is a great place to start the Product Ops journey
The Product Ops course is a fantastic place for someone to start who is new to Product Ops. The background on the discipline provides good context for spotting opportunities for improvement within a company and understanding what is in bounds and what needs to be negotiated for the Product Ops role.
I felt that starting with Module 4, the role might be a better place to start than the types of problems Product Operations can solve. Getting the 30/60/90 framework in mind early would have helped me see the problems to solve a little more practically. That is likely my personal bias speaking here as I did yearn for more exercises/real world frameworks/tools to use in taking the course.
Overall, this is a great course to take when starting off on Product Ops. The content is well packaged and easy to consume in bite sized chunks.

I have enrolled in this training as part of my upskill company budget at Mytheresa.com. I must say this have to be the best learning material on the topic of Product Operations I have found so far. Chris Butler proves to be an excellent communicator with tons of real-life examples from the trenches and zero beating around the bush to extend the course's length. It's all well-condensed and distilled to offer the student an ideal opportunity at setting the foundations for this new role within the Product community.

I've taken the Product Operations Certified Course by Chris Butler and I really found it useful and worthy. He is very knowledgeable and covers all necessary topics in the course. I would have loved even more practical examples yet he does give a few during the course. I would recommend it for anyone thinking about moving their career towards Product Ops, and for any Product Operations people.

One of the few actually good Slack communities
I joined the PLA Slack nearly a year ago when I wanted to find Product Ops peers to exchange and discuss ideas with, and I'm so glad I did!
The website as well as the community itself are managed beautifully, and it's great to see so much insightful content by other community members. The fact that I can join a conference, and then have a perfect place to get in touch with speakers to chat more about their area of expertise is really a game-changer.
Very happy and proud to be a small part of it ❤️

I joined the PLA Slack channel and the Product-Led Festival at a later stage, and I had a fantastic experience both as an attendee and as a speaker.
