Full of value and excitement
The office space was beautiful and the staff worked super hard to have everything flow smoothly. The vendors were interesting and friendly! I really enjoyed the speakers and the flow of the topics. All of the information was so helpful and felt well put together. I liked that the environment was small enough to be interactive and provide opportunities to talk to other folks! As someone who is not in Product Operations but is learning, it was easy to understand, comfortable environment to be in and overall very positive experience. I can take a lot of this information and strategies and apply it to other teams such as Customer Support and Success

A great community of global product professionals
Product Led Alliance is really focused on furthering the education of product professionals around the world with events (in person and virtual), workshops, webinars, blogs, and ebooks while at the same time also building a strong network / community. It's been amazing to meet so many likeminded individuals in both product management and more importantly for me, Product Operations :) I've also had the opportunity to join their Customer Advisory Board to voice my opinion and ideas to influence future events/changes/content etc.

PLA has the best Product Operations Community around! When I was first breaking into ProdOps, PLA was there for me and now, years later, they're still the best resource for all things ProdOps. I've met most, if not all, of my professional connections through this group. Highly recommend joining!

Product Operations certification training worthwhile!
I recently completed the Product Operations certification course and strongly recommend it. It affirmed a lot of what I was already doing, offered some new approaches, and presented it all in an efficient and accessible way. I am certain that I will be drawing on the concepts, frameworks, and tools offered frequently as I move forward in my career.

Great course
Great course. It was well organized. Information was great and lots of useful resources provided as well. I have been in Product Ops for 2-years and this course has given me a framework to review where my responsibilities currently lie and how they may need to be adjusted.

The Product-Led Summit held in…
The Product-Led Summit held in Singapore on 8 November by the Product-Led Alliance group was a resounding success! The agenda was well curated and the speakers were well sourced. They were industry experts about the topics at hand, and came well prepared for their segments. It was a full-day summit but did not feel long at all because the pace was perfect. Refreshments and food were provided, and everyone was eager to learn from one another and form fresh connections. Would highly recommend this summit to anyone looking to broaden their knowledge or skills in product management, or simply form meaningful connections. Cheers to the organisers!
