The simplicity of everything, being in my late seventies I was a bit apprehensive of getting things right. But I needn’t have worried, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased MS Visio 2019 at a very competitive price. Product was easy to download. Initially the activation code did not work which was frustrating, however the customer support team answer my query within 24 hours and sent me a new code which worked fine. The software is working well.

I was not aware that this product can only be used in the UK region. I purchased it online from the UAE, and my card has already been charged. When I tried to activate the product key, it required me to choose a region, but my region is not listed. As a result, I am unable to use the product. Therefore, I would like to request a refund.

Bought MS Office in January 2025, which was easy to install and worked straight away. However, a month later it does not work, telling me that I've used my limit of applications (I only had one!). I've tried to contact the company but there is no phone number and they have not responded to my messages (I think the company is based in Norway). I thought it was too good to be true - and it was!

It was the first time I had ordered through this company, and naturally you are sceptical and hesitant, but I was able to activate the product successfully. The product in question was the MS Office 2024 plus. I had to complete the activation using the telephone service (which is the long-winded way of unlocking). I am based in the UK, and it did state that it was a 'UK' licence. The instructional set-up was clear and very well written, which is often a rarity with most third-party sellers. I will likely use this company again and hope to receive some nice discounts in the future.

Update: upon reading other customers comments, I am aware that many people have stated that this particular licence only lasts a month. As I activated this product on the 08/02/25 it will be interesting to see if my licence is the same. I will follow up this review with another update after 08/03/25

I can be a bit suspicious of such cheap copies of software but this was a pretty straightforward and all went through smoothly. Will definitely use again if needed.

I installed Office Pro 2021 on my computer and the product code worked first time with no problems.

Installation was easy and straight forward. Likewise the activation of product after installation. I have been using it for a while and I am really pleased, especially knowing it does not require yearly purchase of activation codes.
