I bought a product key and there was a problem with activating it. They sorted it out without much fuss or bother. Well Done!

I tried to purchase a key for windows 11 pro activation .
Off the bat , weird stuff ;I put my main email , paid with Apple Pay .,. They decided to use my Apple Pay linked email instead
I search my first email nothing , check second found it .. I pressed everything pressable to get my code it takes me to the item page not the code.
I tried to make an account, it refused me making an account until I went on my phone and did it on there. It let me, however it barely let me view anything so I try my pc. It doesn’t work. A few mins later it works on my phone . We check the order. It’s there , we try to get the code again … it sends me to buy it … again!!!!!
Never got my stuff in the end
I had to email customer support

They replied quick So 1 star for fast refund I guess…
Also no this cannot be my error as I do own multiple devices 2 windows 3 IOS .it barely worked on the iPhone, and yes you can purchase of off a windows pc via Apple Pay. So This is a server error, the payment went through the failure is from the link to get u to sign up and the link to view your key/code
Could be a link error or could be straight up scam

The key they gave me was a basic scam. Looked like a trust worthy website but looks can be deceiving. Used the key product and Microsoft said that it isn’t recognised as a valid product key
