Happy with first contact from procure smart
I was contacted by Warren Danson to offer their help with my water contracts. The process was smooth from quotations to signing the contract, and as a bonus I am finally moving away from the worst water company I have ever worked with, Castle Water! Warren was good at responding promptly to my numerous additional questions which I appreciated. So thank you. Am sorted for the next 3 years!

Sarah D'Arcy has been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I have total faith in Procure Smart due to her fairness in dealing with clients, she would be excellent at training any other staff that may need it as well as dealing with clients herself.
Even though I have signed a two year contract through Procure Smart she still gives me support and figures before the contract comes into play in February 2026. Total asset to the company.

Excellent service sorted out ourselves, changing from current Electric supplier to Procure Smart tariff ahead of up and coming increases. Everything went very smoothly, and the sales guys were very helpful on the phone. Would recommend speaking to them if you're looking for a competitive quotation.
