FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!!
**** EDITED to add… they said that once I returned the item and provided proof of postage they would refund the cost of my postage and the item. I sent proof of postage AND i have proof that the item has been delivered to them, yet I have no refund of postage nor the item nor any communication. Radio silence yet again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews first. This company puts up a front suggesting that you are ordering from an Australian website. You are not. It is shipped from overseas. We did receive our order but the sizing was ridiculously small. We have attempted to make contact to ask about an exchange or return but it’s radio silence. There’s also minimal avenues to make contact with them because they clearly don’t actually want to deal with their customers once they have your money. Incredibly disappointing experience.

I have been buying from Probikekit for…
I have been buying from Probikekit for 20 years. Great deals if not a huge range. The drawbacks are no loyalty program and paying for shipping. Therefore it only makes sense to buy items at huge discounts which means only about 30% of the portfolio is competitive.

The pricing excluded delivery
The pricing excluded delivery. And then the only delivery option was $24 - this is a rip off. Amazon is free and even Rapha is free over $150. So your pricing is deceptive.

UK or Australia
This is a UK based company though it uses AU in the web address. Therefore postage is very slow as it comes from the UK.
Item was perfect though for what we needed.

Wheels delivered very late and cost more than advertised
Wheels delivered very late, incurred additional costs and Probikekit support very unhelpful. Ordered bikewheels on 1 Feb and given delivery date of 10-17 Feb. Eventually got wheels on 5 April only after multiple interactions with Probikekit, courier and customs - eventually had to pick up at airport. As well as additional import costs also stung with GST which Probikekit said was included in sticker price - $245.15 on top of original $1728.99. Probikekit very unhelpful and effectively said that once they had posted to Australia, they had no further control or responsibility for delivery. Would be good if they treated customers with a bit more care and were upfront about extent of delays when posting to Australia.
