I had a great experience with Market Sports Online’s new owners, Craig and his wife, earlier in 2026 after l needed to swap the sizes of 2 Richmond hoodies l had bought for my Grandson’s for Christmas. I purchased them both at the end of July 2025 and when l emailed them about exchanging them for bigger sizes, they didn’t hesitate in helping me. They promptly forwarded me the garments, and because one of them was out of stock, they offered me a more recent style hoodie for the price l originally paid. I would not hesitate in recommending or returning to Market Sports Online to purchase anything.

The new owner of this company, Craig, is absolutely amazing. Out of the kindness of his heart, and out of his own pocket, had rectified an outstanding issue that occurred from the previous owners. Great products (footy shirts & doormat) and now a great service. Thanks Craig! 5 stars!!

ordered a product, waited a month , contacted them , they sent me a picture of my package stating it was delivered 3 times but nobody home , told me it was 'carded' it definitely wasn't!! then proceeded to cease contact and block my number !!! Do not recommend! if you have to , use buyer protection!! Also emailed and no response, no solution

We had completely given up on this company and the loss we sustained so it was a considerable surprise to hear from Craig, the new owner, not only initiating contact after nearly 12 months, but offering to fix the problem. There were a number of messages back and forth while Craig clarified what we had ordered and what we wanted and then he delivered! We are very impressed with his response and very grateful for the considerable efforts he went to in order to source and provide the garment in the correct size and at no extra cost. Thank you Craig and I hope that you are able to make a huge success with your business.

I can't believe this company is still trading.
These reviews are all so similar! My daughter bought an AFL jersey as a Christmas present for a child, wrong size, paid postage to exchange it and then ... never heard from them again. Numerous emails, numerous attempts to contact them, nothing. How can the AFL endorse them? Or more accurately, how do they get away with claiming they are an official AFL seller??
The responses people have published here are breathtakingly rude.

This company is so bad I have had dealings with them they never reply to email and send out incorrect sizing I have tried for 3 months to get in touch with them and they have never replied. I have bought expensive items that were sent in these shorts I correct sizing which is a waste ax I cannot use this and they will not reply to emails.

Don’t trust this company!
They keep the item and don’t refund you.
Try calling the number, you cannot contact them.
Shame on them for taking advantage of an old lady and her disabled son.

Instructions were followed as a business Faye you have been no support other than being rude to me in your sarcasm and responses. As a paying customer of this business i don't want to accept your abuse. Not once have I been rude only asking for help on an item I purchased that was faulty on receipt from your business that happily took my money now wants to hide behind a computer abuse me as a paying customer really shows what type of dodgy business you are running. Not once have you picked up the phone to call or assist in any way.

I'd also suggest you check that the security tag attached to the watch's handle is removed. This stops the watch from working in order to save the battery until a user receives it.

If it isn't removed, it will be a nice dead weight instead.

Thank you for your response, I ended up getting this repaired through a reputable jeweller as all I wanted was to just have a working Watch for my husband for Christmas last year.
Good luck with your new business venture and now that I know the business is in better hands with customer service as their focus I am happy to support your business in the future.

I am very very disappointed with this company. Ordered 2 items last Nov 23rd and still haven’t received anything which today’s date is 17th Dec. This is my son’s Christmas gift. I will not order any more through them again!! I will ask for refund so hopefully I will get it back

Do not purchase from this company.. my order was suppose to arrive over a month ago and I still haven’t received it! Excuse after excuse.

For weeks now I’ve tried to find out where my order is. Firstly the confirmation email didn’t come through, several emails back and forth I’m finally given the tracking number only to then discover it’s been delivered to some random postcode nowhere near me weeks ago. I’m told to chase it up with the Courier who unfortunately is Couriers please. Several attempts to contact them via their required means and zero response. For an order I placed on the 31st October to nothing I’m beyond annoyed and frustrated. Looks like I’ve lost my money and my Xmas presents

Update: Yes I was emailed the tracking number which advised me that it had been delivered and signed for by someone at some random postcode that wasn’t mine. I advised your department and they told me to contact courier which I did twice and got zero response. I was then told by your dept that ‘it’ll bounce back eventually’. So done. Just want my money back

Terrible customer service. Parcel was delivered, marked as fragile with no packaging to stop items being damaged, one had to be binned. The courier service they use is pathetic, parcel was thrown on the front lawn in the rain, how hard is it to leave at the door in a safe place? Merry Xmas to you too Market Sports!

Ordered a Brisbane Loins Premiers Youth Hoodie, but needed the next size up. Returned it on1/11/24 they recieved it 8/11/24 and I had to email them about it two weeks ago they said it would be processed. It was for a birthday present 5/12/24 and now had to purchase something else. Sent another email stating this and asked for a refund and still nothing !!!13/12/24 Thank you I have now recieved a refund

I purchased an item early October and was told my item wouldn't be shipped mid November... when checking the status of my order i was then told below...

Now when checking the company website its states they have that product in stock.. misleading and bad customer experience.

Dylan was so helpful and polite over the phone and email prior to purchase,which goes along way these days....My GF shirt arrived in a day, and the quality is A grade...Overall a very positive experience and will shop again there for further sport wants..

Product perfect. Sizing perfect. Fast and great service. I came across the site looking for Rabbitohs and Roosters rugby league gears. I ordered twice on the same night and received parcel in NZ within days. Fast delivery and great service. I re-ordered again the day I received my parcel for my son's birthday. I ordered stickers twice from this company and never received them. I wouldn’t trust them to fulfill any orders. They take money & don’t deliver. I’ve now purchased the stickers elsewhere.

I ordered something at 3.09pm, it was out on the truck at 3.30pm and delivered to Canberra by lunch time the next day. Super Quick and the quality of the item was awesome. First time purchaser, but definitely not the last time. Thank you
