Perfect - did entirely what they said on the tin - one minor comment, my two orders (placed at the same time) came on two different deliveries via two different delivery agents (arrived within an hour of each other) - I didn't notice anything on the order paperwork that mentioned this might happen which threw me just a bit when the first order arrived and appeared to be "missing" a couple of items. I highly recommend this company ...

QTX QX15PA PORTABLE PA SYSTEM, WIRELESS PA’s
The PA system that I bought came with a broken plug. After emailing them photos plus speaking to them on the phone they never sent a replacement even though they promised they would!
I now a £200+ PA system that I can’t use!

As you have stated, you initially contacted us via telephone, and our representative requested you send photos of the damaged item enabling us to investigate further.
Unfortunately, following on from this phone call we did not receive any email from you, or photos of the damaged item. We do have on record one email from you dated a couple of weeks later, which our representative replied to on the same day, however after this we did not receive any further correspondence from yourself. Regretfully at the time the of this review being published we were not aware that you wished to proceed with the matter.

Good service but disappointed that the PA system is a group of items and a roll of wire. I had to visit an electrical shop and ask for advice on how to connect the wires together. Not the integrated system I thought I’d paid for.

More than happy with product and service
Yep, now had four portable powered speakers from this seller and all do exactly as advertised and delivered in a day.
On my first one the Leeds shop were immensely helpful when a fault developed out of warranty and I had the speaker back in a week at no cost!
