I shopped bluetooth speakers on line and settled on a elx200-15p at pro audio however I live in Canada and the site was in Texas and the delivery wasn't allowing it to be shipped to Canada. I called the office there and spoke with Barry. I let him know what I was looking at and how I was going to use it to supply music for my annual outdoor party by using bluetooth from my phone. He verified he could ship it to me and for the money was a good choice for my needs. When I received the speaker (I won't bother with the other issues in between) I couldn't get the bluetooth to work, only for the speaker controls but not to play music. I called Barry who was not sure why I couldn't get it to work and said he'd call me back after talking with his technical support. We came to the conclusion that this speaker was not bluetooth receiver equipped, but only for speaker controls. I suppose I should have known that but I counted on the expertise of the sales rep. Once this was realized I was going to have to pay out money to return the product but Barry was going to eliminate the return charges but not the shipping ($200+) and the duty would have to be paid again because ( even though they advertise EV is manufactured in the USA it is in fact a product of China) it was being returned to a country that was not the country of origin. I got stuck with a speaker that I never should have bought

BEWARE is best to describe my experience. I have purchased a full PA system with desk and speakers, the pre sale interaction and support was great. When the delivery arrived one speaker was broken so I have tried to call Pro Audio Center but their phone number listed does not work, I have emailed them on four occasions and not received any replies. I am at the point where I believe I was scammed and I will have to purchase another speaker system from an alternative vendor. Would not recommend.

I needed a light mobile PA system for teaching exercise to music in some large halls. Arthur recommended various units and I chose one which suited my budget.

I haven't been disappointed with my sound system. It arrived within 2 days by dpd, so I was informed the time of delivery on the day. And it does everything that I want it to. I shall be using it to teach Line dancing too, so the head-mic is adequate for that.

Easy to order, delivered on time.

I bought a budget portable PA system from Pro Audo Centre. Unfortunately The price was great, the order process simple and delivery was extremely prompt. Sadly the item arrived badly damaged so I had to organise its return. A couple of phone calls, an efficient exchange of emails and a replacement arrived as promptly as the first item, unfortunately also damaged in a similar way to the first one. This appeared tb be transit damage and possibly caused ne touch handling of the rather bulky and heavy item. Again an exchange of phone calls and emails during which I decided to change my order to a slightly smaller and lighter system that also cost a little more. I added a compact stand and covers to the order as well.
In summary I received good service from Kris and Pro Audio. I think the range of products they offer is extensive and very reasonably priced. Their customer service is friendly and efficient and advise is well informed. Their delivery and return service is exemplary. I would recommend them and would buy from them again. (I have created an account with them now). I have deducted one star from an otherwise Five Star review as I believe by employing Handle with Care”, “Do not drop!”,”Fragile” notices or other safeguards expensive transit damage and inconvenie might well be reduced.

Ok experience ..order was short mostly rectified with a call still one speaker lead missing... but very good value, I also had to fix the mains lead anchor point on the amplifier...no big deal for m.e
