The test was sent on time and results obtained quickly. However, there is a lack of or confusing info sent prior to that. The shipping address shown was my home address, not the hospital I selected. There is no notification as when the test has been received by the hospital. So I had to call twice the hospital. A simple message confirming where the test will be sent and when it has been received would be useful.

It was easy to make the appointment at my local Spire Hospital, and my results were with me well within the promised timescale.

All done on time pleasant and helpful staff and results quickly acquired. Excellent

My gender care provider fell out with its usual path lab and left me screwed for one particular blood test, while offering no help to me other than “go find another private blood test provider”.
PBT are brilliant so far. They had all my basic testing requirements, none of which were bundled up with things I didn’t need. Which meant the whole thing was £150 cheaper than I usually paid. I’m not due my results yet, but so far very happy.

Just one suggestion though and I’d recommend it to all my trans friends. Could you create a specific bundle or two for transgender health testing? It would just make me / us a little more confident that I / we have picked the right tests

Simple booking system and a suitable hospital only a few minutes drive away. I wasn't quite prepared for the tablet/iPad registration and check-in process which could be more aligned with the initial online booking made (but wasn't a problem for me - might pose a challenge to the elderly).

Exceptional service from the point of taking the blood sample to the receipt of my result. The nurse at Southampton Spire hospital made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctors comment on some of my results were informative. I wouldn't have had a comprehensive blood test like this via my normal GP. A reasonable cost for an excellent service. Thank you

It took some while to get through to the hospital to get a day and time for the appointment and longer than suggested to get the results.

Took me 2 months to successfully book an appointment with the spire hospital for blood tests because they had no idea who blue horizons even was and wasn’t receiving the blood passport. I don’t know where the confusion was or if I wasn’t directed what to say to the hospital properly but every single person I spoke to was extremely confused and it was very stressful. Once I finally got the appointment and someone figured it out it went perfectly fine. Results came quickly, I would just recommend trying to streamline what patients are meant to say specifically to the spire hospitals and communicating better with the hospitals themselves because it shouldn’t take me 2 months to find someone who had any clue what was going on.

Quite accessible and straight forward. I auppose could add an estimate of when you could take the blood test before paying, but the website customer support site was very responsive so got an answer.

Easy to purchase on the website, and info sent without delay results returned within 9 days as specified making the experience easy to use, one thing I would say is the hospital we used wasn't as easy to book the appointments with I had mixed instructions on how to do it stating it had to be done on the website, in the end I had a nice lady who dealt with the appointment bookings and all was sorted.
