The service I received at Blood Tests London was excellent. From entering the building and speaking with a pleasant receptionist, to the spacious and clean waiting area and my bloods taken by the friendly phlebotomist, all was outstanding. I was also please to receive comments from one of their resident doctors regarding my results and for the very fast two day turn-around. Overall a very good experence.

Blood Tests London provide a comprehensive range of blood tests. The blood drawing procedure is efficient and friendly and the results are prompt and on time. The doctor's interpretation of the results is a very useful optional service.

Useful walk-in service for blood tests, not tying you to a booking slot which is great and was quiet the evening I attended. Some confusion over the blood test I had ordered, but staff were friendly and the phlebotomist Ana was excellent- a skilled and friendly clinician. Thanks!

Such a fantastic service, easy to book, find the clinic and attend. Results came back quicker than expected. Went with my 80 year old mother. Staff really lovely and efficient. Phlebotomists wonderful. If you don’t live in London and don’t want to take the train, it was really easy to drive in and park at Q park Oxford Street with just 5-6 minute walk from there. Would highly recommend Blood Tests London.

Wow what speed of recieving the blood test results. I only gave blood sample on Monday 20th April 2026 morning at 10am and have just received my blood results just now at 8pm on Wednesday 22nd April 2026. I would 100% recommend and will use them again.

Great service and excellent customer support

This is extremely poor service and extremely poor communication. I purchased the Full London VIP test and attended the clinic at 76 Wimpole street on 28 February 2026. When I arrived the clinic, the staff could find my records despite me showing them the booking and payment made online. After 20 minutes the staff advised me to go to have the blood draw done, which I did. By 11 March 2026, I still have not received the results of the test despite the guarantee within 3 days as advertised. I contacted via the chat and was told it would be coming but could not give a date. Eventually after my complaint I received the results. I certainly will not use this service again ever.
