Pritchards Heating & Plumbing Limited Recenzje

Very prompt and excellent service

Jake did a thorough and accurate review out our corroded flue from Whatsapps photo's/videos. He was able to accurately assess and quote and promptly attend our home to do the proposed repairs.
Would happily use again!

I have used this company before and will do so again . Jake is a true professional not only does he know his stuff - you expect that -but he sticks to his quotation, is punctual , courteous and respectful of your home ( cleans up properly ) and family . ( he was so lovely towards my two year old grandson who was watching them change the boiler fascinated!) His trusty side kick Kevin was also an old school consummate pro ! Thanks again guys !

Very professional service, from first contact to completing work. Clear communication and updates, high standard of work and very friendly pleasant manner of staff. Recommended!

Excellent service. Quotation given before work took place. Arrived on time and the completed the work in a very professional manner. Very polite and a pleasure to have in our home. On completion explained everything to us and left the site immaculate.
We will have no hesitation recommending his company to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Jake has been attending to all my plumbing issues both at home and in connection with my rental properties for many years. He is prompt, fair and most importantly very reliable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in reccommending him for any small or big job.

Emergency repairs and general service.
Have relied on Jake for years. He is very friendly, and will always take care around your home. Up front with costs, doesn't muck you about. Can't recommend him enough.

We recently had a water softener installed in our home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional.

Jake and team arrived promptly, were courteous, and took the time to explain the installation process in detail. Their expertise was evident, and they ensured that everything was set up perfectly. What stood out the most was their commitment to cleanliness; they left the workspace spotless, which we greatly appreciated.

Moreover, the customer service was top-notch. Scheduling was straightforward, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. It's refreshing to work with professionals who are not only skilled but also genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction.

I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work. Their combination of professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service is truly commendable.

Super helpful, friendly and pragmatic

Jake responded promptly to my job request on checkatrade, arranged to come over and arrived as arranged, having confirmed just before coming. He was courteous and friendly, explained the job and cost before proceeding. He removed and replaced an electric shower unit the same day, tidied up after himself and did a perfect, neat job, taking time to demonstrate the controls before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Jake always services my Worcester boiler!
Very happy with his friendly courteous way of dealing with it! He had his colleague Kev who works with him who also gives the same service!
Wouldn’t use any other company.

I obtained Jake’s details through Checkatrade and asked him to quote for replacing my vented hot water tank with an unvented one to overcome the problem of low water pressure. He visited to get the full details, provided me with a written quotation and carried out the work over a two day period. He completed the work in a very professional manner and I cannot fault anything. His team were always polite, careful and thorough in everything they did. They left everything in a very neat and tidy state and I would have no hesitation in both using him again and recommending his company to my friends.

Once again my go to plumber Jake from Pritchards Heating and Plumbing Limited came and replaced my 12yr old boiler .
He was very tidy and the boiler looks great and hopefully have cheaper bills but just happy to have a reliable boiler that will last many years.
He fitted me in at short notice which helped because it was freezing.
Love having a warm home again.
Highly recommend.

Jake was recommended to me by another trader as I needed a boiler replaced. He flushed the system and installed the new boiler. He has since carried out the annual servicing in a very efficient manner. I also recommended him to a friend along the road and she was very satisfied and has since moved and employed him in her new flat. I am a retired engineer with a knowledge of heating systems and will recommend him to anyone.

Great job by Jake as per usual. Prompt, tidy and did everything on time and on budget.

Jake turned a small bathroom into a shower room, a brilliant job was made and would highly recommend him and his team. Very clean and arrived on time.

Jake's service is excellent & goes that extra mile.

I have used Pritchards for many years - from minor jobs to replacement boiler. Jake has never let us down. Arrives when he says he will, clean and tidy. AAA service.

This is the 2nd time we used Jake. This job was to replace an existing electric shower. He sourced the replacement and, as usual, gave me an up front quote, arrived on time, did the work professionally and left the area clean and tidy. Once again Jake has my full confidence; is good at what he does and is reliable. I recommend him.

Jake came to fix an issue with our central heating, he provided a very professional service, was on time and made everything work perfectly again. I highly recommend him. Thank you Jake
