My order arrived, but it was completely warped. They put the canvas over a frame that wasn’t straight. So I can’t use this and of course it’s personalized so it’s not something I can return. I just paid over 100 bucks for something that sweet thought I can give my wife, turns out it was just a cheap product.

My package got lost since their courier left the package outside the gate. They sent a photo it was left at the gate without a house number( I live in a townhouse and unit’s exterior is identical to each other) and without showing the house number, I can’t tell if they drop it in my right address. After almost 3weeks of back and forth conversation, pointing fingers to each other, telling me that it’s not their fault that the package got stolen and it was delivered successfully from their end, they offer me for a replacement. I refused since the gift was supposed to be for fathers’s day which is 3weeks ago and I am not even sure if I will receive the item. Instead I ask for refund but they refused telling me that the offer is even out of their good will. Bunch of scammers

The photo that you sent as proof of delivery is not even showing my house number so it’s not even guaranteed if it’s the right address. And yes, I keep on replying to the email that I do not want a replacement instead I want a refund but you guys keep on insisting for replacement.

I love it! I bought it thinking it would be her Christmas present but I so want to give it to her now, to see her reaction. Wish me luck on gifting it on Christmas. She is gonna love it. She will have it the rest of her life.
