One piece of the two pictures was damaged by a little torn at the bottom. I am lazy to claim so I put a sticker on the back side and colored the front side to cover white color of torn canvas.

The product arrived damaged due to poor packing, and the Prints 10 team would not correct the issue. I spent nearly $60.00 including shipping, and have a picture that arrived bent and buckled. I sent pictures to your team and was told to try and flatten out the dent and crease in the metal. I am extremely unhappy and will tell others of my story and not recommend then to purchase anything from your company.

so I ordered a glass with a name on it. A Bigfoot glass. It came and there’s two scratches on the Bigfoot. I’ve been trying to work with customer service. I sent them like 12 pictures at this point and I’m still getting the runaround. either replace the defective item or refund my money, please

I'd give PRINTS10 zero stars if I could on this site. The products are poor quality and are not as advertised. They state on their website 100% money back guarantee, 100% satisfaction guarantee, 100% quality guarantee --- all false. We ordered a Halloween door mat and a Halloween door sign. Both were flimsy and when arrived did not look as shown as pictured on their site. We promptly contacted them and requested a refund after examining the finished product. They refused the first time and the second time offered an insulting 10% refund (not the 100% satisfaction guarantee, 100% quality guaranteed, 100% money back guarantee they state on their site). At the prices they charge, you're better off going to a Home Depot, Target, Lowes, or Walmart instead. PRINTS10 peddles garbage. Steer clear of them.

After looking at my product I am not happy with this product. It is very cheap looking sticker on a glass. Wanting to return it and get a refund but they are saying since it's not damaged they are denying my request. I will never shop with them again
