Print was exactly as described!! The customization was clear and precise. Print delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend !

My father passed away on August 9, 2026, and I’m going through a very difficult grieving process. I purchased two decals, one for myself and one for my son, because having something that reminds us of my dad helps us feel closer to him during this painful time. 💔

Before applying the decals, I contacted the vendor and specifically requested instructions. My husband carefully followed the instructions they provided, but unfortunately, the decal would not stick to my car window. My son also tried applying his decal, and it did not work either.

I paid $45.19 for two decals and requested either a refund or replacements. Instead of taking responsibility for the defective product, the vendor refused to provide a full refund or replacements and offered me only 10% of the purchase price for one decal, not even my son’s decal.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially during such an emotional and difficult time for my family. I expected the company to stand behind the products they sell and provide reasonable customer service.
I do not recommend this vendor. Please think twice before spending your money with them. 😞

The photos on the company's website are purposefully deceptive. I ordered a custom printed sign based on the photo of a very 3D-looking background and drop shadows on the custom letters. The final product is dull, washed out, and flat.
I complained to the company, and they stand by their product, saying I got what was pictured and there's no returns on custom products. Buyer beware; the prints are not as advertised.

I ordered an item that sits in a base that was sent to me not fitting the item. I contacted the company and they asked for photos, which I sent them. They apologized and offered to remake the item and send it to me. I suggested they only need to replace the base as the art piece was lovely. They insisted. Then 24 hrs later, they sent me an email telling me that the warehouse said it's fine and that I just need to FORCE the piece to snap into the base. This item, while very pretty, is not made of solid wood. It is flimsy and will break if I force it. So I declined trying to force it and I was asked to take additional pics, which I'm did, and they still came back to me telling me the "warehouse" said i should force it. I am extremely disappointed and I just want this to be corrected as this is a gift I bought for my sister.
