Very pleased with their product and commitment to customer service. They worked with me to design a custom box that turned out to be absolutely stunning. Further, I was impressed with their attention to detail; the proof that I signed off on was slightly off. They caught this and called me right away before production. This made the difference between a good box and a great box.
Price was great and shipping/production time were perfect.

I always communicate with Lisa at Printing Blue. She is always very helpful and makes sure my work comes to life as expected. Communication is great and always relatively fast responses, allowing for time difference as i do note that despite claims of location, it is always Pakistan that i receive communication from and orders sent from. However i dont see this as a negative, have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue.

Printing Blue has delivered exactly what was promised in a timely manor.

Printingblue has a responsive and friendly customer service. Ordered with them before and I feel like the sticker quality used to be better last year. Also encountered some problems with payment etc leading to a long back and forth because Printingblue first didn't want to refund me the amount that was owed to me. Would probably order from them again because prices are good and customer service is responsive etc. But just want to mention these two things.

Review Update: I got a call from Printing blue's quality assurance manager. He asked for more information on the troubles I was experiencing. I got reassured that they will ensure that the quality is better next time, they will even add extra quantity. Printingblue makes sure that their customers get what they want! Thank you.
