Very Poor Print quality couldnt use boxes

I've been ordering custom print products from Printing blue for a couple of years. Their staff is always professional and attentive to details. I'm looking forward to continued business with them.

Where do I start. Very expensive. Good print - yes my box looked pretty. I paid a lot of money. Still no idea why I was sent 3 boxes when all along I asked for 1. The box although pretty will struggle to hold the weight which I am putting into it. I have bought 5 sheets of double skin cardboard so that one sheet can support the bottom. I will use plenty of gaffer tape along the sides. Pretty upset all round.
And finally I needed to pay through my fee a fortune to get my box via DHL from Pakistan to return to me in the UK. Madness! We all know the multiple stops needed by that courier's planes. Despite that it didn't take long at all for the BOXES to get to me. A ridiculous full roll of sellotape must have been used and around the 3 thin boxes was horrible polystyrene which of course went everywhere.

Paul Taylor and the gang called me a few times to make sure everything was as expected. The game boxes were delivered in excellent condition.

Ben at Printingblue was a very attentive account manager whilst we were trying to have a customised sample box printed. He was very communicative and helpeful whenever we called.

I laid out everything from the get go. Then, continued ti have 50 emails back and forth with them asking me the exact same things. When my first email covered absolutely everything. Got my labels and boxes and all the colors were wrong. I get that colors vary from computer to computer and I accepted that. But a deep dark green ended up a neon green. It was brutal. Also, a lot of the ink was running out, so my text was barely legible. When I reached out, I send photos comparing what I asked for and what I got. It blew my mind- they said it looked the same. Just insane. When I say it was off-- it was really off. They didn't offer a refund. 5000$ down the drain. They were useless. Worst experience. Would not recommend.

This is my second time using Printingblue. My contact Lisa always responded quickly to my questions and changes required, and was very patient even when I changed my mind a couple times. I love my boxes, they are great quality and have good colour tone.
