Printed Mint has been incredible to work with! Their quality is top-notch and every order I’ve placed has come out exactly as pictured and actually sometimes even better. The customer service team is responsive and helpful whenever I have had a question or needed guidance. I love the wide range of customizable products they offer which have increased a lot over the years and how easy it is to get my designs into my customers hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand partner and I have tried them all!

Really love the custom branding that Printed Mint provides compared to other POD co's! I've been using them for a while now and any time I've had an issue - it's been resolved pretty quickly - including a recent order that went missing in the mail - got a replacement out to my customer immediately! Thank you!

I have used Printed Mint multiple times in the last three years. I have found their work exceptional and I have found their response time to questions most times immediate.

I sell baby items. Submitted the same file with the same color profile for a swaddle and hat. Customer paid $33 extra to have it rushed. The printing was completely off on the hat and they tried to tell me it was “normal” and bc it was two different fabrics. Yeah. No. Graphic designer by education and polyester is polyester. They argued for two days until I finally just filed a chargeback. Customer service is horrendous and they will beat you down just to avoid sending out a $10 replacement. Sounds like they are used to working with people that know nothing about printing and just sling their lies. Really sad. Used them years ago and their printing quality was good. Not anymore!

Do not use this site for POD especially if you plan to open your own store. They have hidden fees you won't know about until a customer buys a product and you are charged. There is an additional $10 fee for the logo plus 12.95 for shipping to Canada. I ended up paying $50 CAD for a shirt, no possible way to make a profit with these margins. Customer service is not great either.

forced to remove all products, update all listings, communicate to current customers and to the two who managed to place an order. A company that is put forward for Christmas decorations that does not foresee the load over this period has no place in the print suppliers. It is a shame in 2024

Very slow this Christmas season. I don't get why this is still a thing, prepare accordingly and hire more staff. Or if you cant, at least let people know your actual processing time, not the one you advertise. I've had my funds put on reserve on Etsy because of all the overdue orders.

I have been extremely patient and understanding until I received a few angry Etsy customers today expressing their disappointment about their delayed shipments. I already contacted PrintedMint before regarding their delays, and they’re doing nothing to be proactive. Even outside of the busy holiday season, they still take forever to print and ship out. Not just that, their platform is kinda confusing and I’ve always had issues logging in or encountering some random system errors. It hurts me having to leave this provider after working with them for the last several years just because they’re lacking commitment and doing nothing to change.

Nightmare! They totally suck. This business should not be serving Etsy sellers. They are incapable of getting orders printed and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. I sincerely don't think they understand or care how Etsy sellers are measured or how their delays impact customers who are waiting 2-3 weeks for an order. I have refunded two orders today and anticipate refunding more before the week is through. As a seller, I have no recourse but to lose money and attempt to recover face with customers and Etsy.

DO NOT work with them.

It has been such a devastating experience I am now contemplating starting a candle POD business to give their impacted customers a place to go for better quality products that ship in a timely fashion.

Horrible company to work with. They take FOREVER to print your items, and then you get overdue from ETSY. They discontinued a item did not let me know for days and I had to get ahold of them to see what was going on to find out that was not available i had 2 customers that had ordered the item. SO I had 2 ticked off customers and had to refund their money, plus it lowered my Etsy numbers due to this POS company. DO NOT order from them. Use Printful or Printify. Worthless company

Not reliable at all. It will destroy your business due to constant overdues. If you ask them if they are going to make it the date planned, they will say yes, so you do not take any additional steps to make it right and then it`s too late. Your business goes downhill with them by unhappy customers, extra communication and explanations needed constantly, refunds, cancellations last minute etc. Etsy is also not supporting your business if anything happens because of the overdues, so you have to pay from your pocket.

I've used Printed Mint for 3 years and noticed they started having issues last year with their production timelines and staying on schedule with what they promise. I tried to stick with them, but its not doable anymore. This year it is increasingly worse. The quality has been fine, but only if you can actually get the product to your customer in a decent time. If it takes them 10 days to get the item out + shipping, your customer is probably upset by the time it arrives. I have talked to Hilary in customer service so many times, I should just get a job there. I am pulling all of my products from this printer and going elsewhere. Not worth the headache.

Printed Mint can't handle orders. They take way too long to produce orders. You can't really rely on Printed Mint for your business and order fulfilment.

I just had my first experience with printed mint and it's been awful. On top of taking forever in production the lack of updates was infuriating. The website currently says 4-6 production, it's been 10 and still not shipping. I had to apologize to my customer for the delays and refund part of my profit as a courtesy. I should've heeded the warmings and steered clear. I will not be using Printed Mint again.

Do not do business with this company especially if you are Etsy. Their processing time are 4-6 days right now. In reality its taking 9 days. What hurts most if you use them through Printify where they get dinged by Printify for bad service their processing times are just 2 days. They are prioritising Printify customers over the customers who trade with them direct. At this time of the year with q4 coming this is bad, really bad 👎

The fact that they havent responded to any of the negative reviews should tell you something. I, too, used one of their products for my POD on etsy, but i wont use them again. They took 2 days to "choose" the order, although theyre the only producers of this item, then another 4 days to ship it (which unfortunately is within their processing limits). I did reach out via customer service with questions regarding the delay, "they ship and produce first come, first served." So, i requesting expedited shipping since processing took too long. The next day, it shows that they shipped & that it should arrive within 1 day's time. I was ecstatic, immediately emailed the customer w/ a discount & confirmation of expedited shipping.

Now, shipping is saying it's gonna take 4 days to arrive. I have egg all over my face. What did i spend an extra $25 for? I'll wait till the order delivers before requesting a refund on the "1-2 business day" expedited shipping. How rude

Disappointing Service with Printed Mint

I would strongly advise against using Printed Mint, especially if you’re integrating it with your Etsy shop. Their stated processing time is 4-5 days, but in reality, it often takes over 9 days for them to fulfill an order. If you’re expecting reliable service for your customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

One of the biggest issues is their lack of proper customer support. While they offer online chat, it’s not an actual live chat where you can talk to someone immediately. Instead, you must leave a message and wait 2-3 days for a response. This is completely unacceptable, especially if there’s a problem with the product your customer has received. Customers expect fast responses, not days of waiting. And when you do finally hear back, it’s often just a new excuse.

I’ve been using Printed Mint for the past three months, and every single order has required me to email them for tracking numbers, which I then need to upload to my shop. This constant delay is hurting my shop’s ranking and overall performance. I’ve had to chase them down every time, and it’s just not worth it.

If you’re running a business that relies on timely service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Printed Mint. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer service, and I can’t continue to use a service that’s causing so many issues.

My first order was marked as a sample so it shipped very quickly, but don't get fooled with the sample order. The second order took 9 days to process, and i never received any order confirmation email or tracking email. They only shipped it out after i emailed them. Oh yah, you can never speak to anyone by phone. They have a customer service number on their site just for decoration.

I cannot overstate how much Printed Mint means to both me and my business. Their top-notch products and customer service is beyond compare. I wholeheartedly encourage you to check them out!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 7 days ago I sent a request for a reprint for my buyer because the print quality was awful and still no response! If you want to do business at least be respectful enough to respond to requests on time, when you obviously don't check the print quality before sending it!!!
