I made a mistake with my order and spoke to a lass called Frate I think - I can't read my own writing lol. She was exceptional and should be model to anyone working in customer services. Sorted my problem - ordered s/s instead of d/s. Fixed it set it up for extra payment - brilliant. Thank you

Prints received differed to what is shown in the artwork preview with no warning.
Our first order with these guys. We had a solid navy background with grey constellations overlayed. We were concerned the constellations wouldn't show too well on print, so contacted their customer services, who said it should be fine based on the specifications we'd chosen, but recommended we bought the 'Artwork check' addon to get it confirmed with their team.
We did so, and received yesterday prints whereby the constellations were weird grey smudges across both sides of every copy.
These are not distinguishable as anything other than what can only be likened to suspicious white smudges, rendering the prints unusable.
When flagging this via customer support today, merely asking why this had happened and whether we can submit revised artwork in line with their previously unknown limitations to get them reprinted as this was clearly overlooked. The customer service rep said ' it appears that the prints you received correspond to the artwork submitted' and 'We have not identified any printing errors' due to the stock chosen.
Note, there was no warning at all during the design and checkout process, the artwork preview showed the design as uploaded, and the customer service rep prior to the order said this shouldn't be a problem.
Now that we've received this, we've been told we can place another (full price) order with the correct artwork, which they can then print and send as normal - no resolution from them.

I ordered an A1 sign from printed.com and there was some communication issues in the design stage that ended up sending me my order wrong. However I used the online chat available and got speaking to a lovely girl called Rachel. I explained what had happened and she looked into the situation for me and without having to even ask she knew exactly what to do and processed a new sign to be delivered to myself correctly. Rachel was so helpful, kind and empathetic towards my situation.
Even though I was annoyed when my product arrived. I ended up happy as I knew Rachel was helping me.
