Dear Matt,
We are very sorry to hear that your order was delivered later than expected, please accept our sincere apologies.
We can see that it was due on the 5th and was delivered on the 7th December.
Having looked into your order we can see that it was placed on Amazon on Saturday 2nd for postage on Monday the 4th which we did. We also used Amazons shipping which they choose as Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mails premier service, even above Special Delivery (my sister in law's partner is a postie).
We do use this service as well for our own website as they are usually excellent.
We have seen your below identical feedback on Amazon, but as you will no doubt have seen, they have struck it through as we bought the postage from them:

Cheapskated and used Royal Mail so of course it arrived very very late.
Message from Amazon:"The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller"

We do what we can to get orders to people as soon as possible, we ship all orders the same day if the order is received before 4pm and use Royal Mails premier service.
Of course, all couriers are affected by unforeseen issues when transporting parcels around the country, it could be the weather, a road accident, staff being ill an item being mis-sorted and of course seasonal delays at very busy times of the year such as Christmas.
There is a myriad of things that can go wrong and Royal Mails delivery of the Tracked 24 service is usually excellent which is why we trust them, and Amazon trust them for their Amazon Prime orders, Amazon trust us to ship for their Prime customers as well.
Again, we are very sorry about your experience, but hope that this helps explain the situation.

I have used Slenderella for a long time now. Their nightwear especially is lovely, fits well. Lovely material and well made. A bit more pricey BUT you only get what you pay for. The people whom I dealt with were Angela and Paul whose business is called "Primo Sacchi" A lovely couple who "Go beyond the call of duty"for their customers. Highly recommend their business which deals with Slenderella
