The product is good, but it is a lot of work to configure the printer with the ink. They should fix that problem since the machines are expensive enough

One of the cartridges we had purchased locally failed to install and Primera Support allowed us to return for replacement.

Convenient, however, the price is not much below the purchase price of individual cartridges.

I tried an off brand that was cheaper. Once. The primera brand cartridges are the best. My labels are always beautiful!
The LX900 works perfect for our business. Technical support is great!
Anything below 50% may result in poor printing quality in every circumstance. The help desk will tell you that you need to order new ink cartridges.
