EDITED - Terrible experience with printer…

After what was, for a couple of weeks, a terrible experience with the printer repair process, The situation was immediately rectified after the initial 1 star review was posted. I was contacted by the Vice President of the company who explained what had happened and was very clear that this is not the kind of experience that he wants any of his customers to have. I was satisfied by the next actions taken and I am grateful that they took my experience seriously and acted swiftly.

Of order processing and shipment is incredible with every order I place! My Eddie stopped recognizing the ink cartridge right in the middle of an order at midnight Tuesday night. I immediately ordered another cartridge (Shame on me for not having a back up!). The order was due Friday, so I altered my cookie design and finished the order thinking I wouldn’t be able to get it completed in time. The new cartridge was at my front door by 10am Thursday morning - which would have given me plenty of time to get the order done! Thank you for your super speedy service!

No complaints

I've answered this survey three times so here it is again...I liked the response...they asked the right questions...I sent them pictures of the disc and the box and the label...they sent replacements right away. I have no complaints. For the fourth time I have no complaints...they took care of the problem in a timely manner...I have no complaints except having to keep taking the same survey over and over and over.
