I’m forever thankful to PHC!!
I was recommend the company via my hairdresser who has recently had her sleeve done with Prime Health and after a few conversations with Rhianne, I knew that this was the company for me! They are one of the most welcoming and kind hearted teams I have ever had the pleasure of coming across! I was sleeved on November 7th and was looked after by Enes from the moment my flight landed in Izmir to the moment it left! My partner and I could not fault the experience one bit, I was so tearful in the moment leading up to the operation and Enes made me feel so comfortable, he held my hand up until the moment I was asleep and was right by my side as soon as i woke up! I could have never imagined my experience to have been so good, Medifema Hospital, every nurse, consultant and my surgeon Dr Hidayet Çatal were so welcoming the entire time i was there! Another great positive to Prime Health is that they really cared for my partner whilst we were there too, they made him feel welcome throughout the process and even went to the trouble of ordering him food as he was a bit fussy when it came to the hospital food! The drive to the hotel was lovely, the transport they provide is so comfortable, especially after surgery and their office/hotel is located in such a beautiful area of Urla. The great experience doesn’t even end in Turkey, Enes and Rhianne have helped guide me through my first few weeks since being sleeved via whatsapp and never make me feel like a question is too silly! I’m roughly about 5/6 weeks post op and I think i am slowly starting to find my sparkle again and I really owe the team at PHC for that. I am so thankful to have had this experience with them and so grateful to Rhianne and Enes, their kind heartedness towards myself and my partner during maybe one of the biggest life changing events of my life will never be forgotten!! I would recommend Prime Health to anyone and everyone!! Plus they even do finance! I financed my sleeve for £117 pm and have found it so cost effective!!

Prime Health Concept is simply wonderful.
I was sleeved by Dr Hudayat Catal on 4th November 2023 and the whole experience from booking to travelling home was so easy and professional. I was collected directly from the plane, fast-tracked through passport control, and baggage, and introduced to the fabulous Duygu who looked after me (and my husband) throughout my stay. Duygu was always there whenever I needed her to translate for the medical staff, even through the night. The pre-op tests were very in depth and I felt in safe hands throughout the whole experience. The nursing staff were very attentive, I was well looked after. The final night in the hotel was restful, Rhianne ensured I had some juice and soup and helped my husband with his restaurant request. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend PHS highly enough - I will certainly be using them for the next stage in my journey.

I made a friend in Turkey whilst on holidays and she referred me to PHC.

From my 1st contact with Karina, I knew they were my kind of people; patient, polite, respectful and committed.

I went for my VSG on my own and felt safe the entire time. Yasemin was such a lovely companion at the hospital. My surgery went well, Dr Hidayat Catal is a legend. The hospital staff were friendly and very caring. Enes explained my after surgery care plan so well and so far so good.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rhianne at their hotel, she brought me a protein shake which was much needed as I travelled back home.

I really appreciated the airport VIP treatment on my arrival and return.

The whole team at PHC are amazing, from start to finish they look after you and you are treated like a VIP.
When i decided to look into a gastric sleeve in turkey i was reccommended to PHC. I researched a load of other companies but I kept coming back to PHC. They were the ones with a private lounge in the airport, had an agreement with a clinic in the UK, they booked your flights and took care of all the details.
I contacted the team and Rhianne was amazing, she answered every question, not just in message form but in voice notes so I knew I was talking to an actual person. She sorted everything for me.
Once me and my brother got off the plane we were met by Yasemin who was my carer the whole time I would be in hospital. From getting to Turkey I was a VIP, no waiting at security, no waiting for appointments in the hospital. Everything was quick and easy. I had pre op tests that were very thorough and was put at ease by all the staff. Yasemin was an angel, she went with me down to surgery and held my hand till I fell asleep, she was there when I woke up and even in the middle of the night when I needed more meds she was there. That woman is amazing and I couldn't have got through it without her.
All the after care you get with PHC is far better than I would have recieved in the UK.
If you are looking to book with a company, look no further than PHC they are truly amazing people who take our care very seriously.

I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery with PHC 6 months ago and my experience has been incredible!

From the moment I sent the first enquiry, right up to this present day PHC have made me feel like royalty. Replies to messages, even before I confirmed any booking, were quick and informative. There are no hidden charges, EVERYTHING is included, surgery, flights, all transfers, all medication, your hospital stay, your hotel stay, all pre-op tests, which are so thorough, food (or in my case liquids ;)), English speaking carers at your disposal 24/7 and they are a lovely bunch of girls, you can even take a companion with you and they only have to pay for their flights, you also get lounge access at the airport, your fast tracked through everything, no queuing! The list of things included is endless and invaluable.

The surgery itself went well and the after care provided has been incredible! Even 6 months on, I am still in touch with the owner Rhianne and she messages me often to check in and see how I am! We have a support group and we are all often in there chatting away and helping new patients with their journey. PHC even have an agreement with a UK clinic, for if you have any issues once you've returned to the UK!

The hospital was immaculate and stocked with toiletries for you to use. The hotel was also lovely and it was only a short walk to the shopping mall, which we did one day with one of the carers (yes they even stay with you at the hotel, in their own room of course) but they are honestly available to you all the time and assisted us with our blood thinning injection once at the hotel. Thank you Safak for everything you did for us ❤️

The last 6 months have been amazing and I will never be able to thank Rhianne and PHC enough, they've changed my life and I will never go anywhere else in the future, if I want any other procedures done.

I was looking for Gastric Sleeve in Turkey and started my search. I decided to go with Prime Health Concept as I liked what I read and some ladies had put their results and testimonials on Tik tok. So was easy to ask them questions too. I am on crutches so was worried about travel etc. But was reassured everything was OK. So I booked. Had my surgery 23/09/23. Wish I had done it sooner. I had my flights booked and apart from getting too and from the UK airport everything else was done. I was looked after very well. I went on my own,but never felt alone. Everything was explained. I had my tests,they were very thorough. Everything happens fast. 😌 My hospital room was amazing. I was given wi-fi code to I could stay in touch with my family. Also had air con and Netflix in room. I would highly recommend PHC and all the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

If you’re thinking of going abroad for surgery then look no further, PHC is the company for you!!!

From the first enquiry to after surgery they are with you every step of the way - from booking your flights, transfers, pre-op tests, surgery, hotel stay to medication and aftercare - I mean EVERYTHING is thought of - You just pick the date that suits, sit back and relax and they will do the rest!

There are no ‘silly’ questions and nothing is ever too much trouble! They want to reassure you and put your mind at ease and are there 24/7!!! (I have sent emails/texts at all hours and it isn’t long before I get a reply back). I had band to sleeve revision surgery and had a few concerns/questions about the procedure - PHC arranged for me to have a video call with the surgeon over FB messenger and he addressed my worries directly - I thought this was a lovely little touch and for someone sitting on the fence about surgery this could make a massive difference in their decision!

Whether you have a companion or not you will not be alone. I took my sister with me so didn’t really need someone with me at all times but I had the lovely Ipek and Yasemin as my carers who would check in on me and act as my interpreter, if required. They let me have my alone time but also gave me their phone numbers in case I needed something which was reassuring. I also had the pleasure of meeting Enes (Patient Care Manager) when having my tests done and the lovely Rhianne (PHC Owner) when she welcomed me at the B&B on my last day.

Can I just say Rhianne and the rest of the PHC family will not only look after you but your companion too! Your companion is provided with 3 meals a day at the hospital and I’d just like to note that on the last day in the B&B Rhianne PERSONALLY went shopping for my sister and bought her drinks and snacks as well as a Domino’s pizza for dinner (& a soup for me, which was amazing!!) - What other company would do that for you? They also provide trip/excursions, if that is something your companion is interested in whilst you’re recuperating. They go above and beyond, seriously!

Yes they are a company and are extremely professional but they also become your friends/extended family!

I am 11 weeks PO and PHC are still in contact with me, checking in and making sure I am ok. There is a WhatsApp group and FB support group set up for patients after surgery so you are NEVER alone! And if this is still not enough to sway your decision then there is also a UK aftercare clinic, based in London where you can go if you have any issues! So, if you think that once you’ve had your surgery and have flown back home that you are left to just get on with it then think again!!!

Karina from PHC made my experience 1st class. From my inital contact in 2022 Karina guided me without pressure. I decided to go for veneers and booked my appointment with ease, all the flights/ hotel and my dental appointments were handled by Karina. I had a family emergency that meant i had to move the appointment to a later date which Karina dealt with and even supported me with caring messages during a very difficult time. My new appointment date soon arrived and i was very impressed with the top quality service. From landing at the airport we were treated like VIPs during the whole stay. I also met Enes who supported me with translation when needed and was very professional also. Nothing was too much and Karina went above and beyond for me. Both a asset to the PHC team.

PHC have been absolutely fantastic from the start when contacting them to find out information and even looking after you once you get back home constantly checking in ensuring you're ok and if there's any support you may need. From the minute I got off the plane I got greeted by the team and fast tracked through where I met Ryan who was absolutely fantastic, without him I wouldn't have got through the whole experience. People may be worried about going to Turkey for surgery but I can assure you this was better treatment than I have ever received in the UK and I wouldn't hesitate in going back and using PHC.

Hi all, if you are thinking of having surgery in Turkey i would highly recommend PHC, from the initial inquiry via email, the team quickly responded to any question I had, nothing was ever too much trouble. As soon as you step off the plane, someone is there to meet you, transfers straight to the hospital, I travelled with my husband, so you can take a companion with you, you just have to pay for the flight,you have a carer with you, the staff was so lovely, and with you every step of the way, you can contact them via WhatsApp for all your needs, the carers are very welcoming and make you feel special, nothing is too much trouble, although I had a companion this service would be good for a sole traveller. After filling out all the paperwork, you are shown to your room, the room was lovely and clean, you have all that you need and a fridge too. You then meet your surgeon and have a chat, answering any questions or concerns you may have. You are kept up to date as when your surgery will be. Someone goes into theatre with you so I felt that made you feel at ease. The care is second to non you are well looked after throughout your journey. Rhianne is lovely you can contact her whenever you need. The flowing day, we were taken via private transfer to Izmur a lovely little village staying at the Art Street the accommodation was lovely, which is above the shops on Art Street. Plenty of restaurants around, a lovely ice cream shop opposite. Rhianne is with you every step of the way. You are made to feel very welcome and made to feel special, I can't thank everyone enough. I could not fault this company in any way i am so glad i went with prime health concept!!! The care is absolutely amazing and the staff are 5 ⭐️ the care I’ve had is unbelievable they treat you like family. When I went for my surgery my mum was really worried my career ensured my mum she she would let her know everything and any updates she had got she had my phone and messaged my mum straight away, looking back on the messages I could cry this company was just amazing and I would definitely recommend them❤️

I had a mummy makeover with this company, Dr.Seyit Ali Kızılkaya was my surgeon, from the moment I arrived I was welcomed n made to feel comfortable, surgeon was great and really recommended my surgery and recovery was fantastic. The carers were amazing always there in the hosp and on call whenever u needed them. My only down fall was the area they put u in, even tho the boutique was beautiful and the owners was lovely the area itself wasn't really appropriate for surgery clients as nothin about to go for little walks, non turkish food, the little town of urla is proper turkish and ok for a day visit not for quests who can't do much ud prefer to sit by the beach or on ur balcony with a view on days u feel drained as u either had to order food in or get taxi or ask your carer to take u out. I do think this needs looking into for a better experience, luckily my son was with me who was having his teeth done so we got a day in kusadasi which was lovely and for them alot cheaper for hotels it's not much further from the hospital so just need carers that area as for 1 and a half weeks in a little town where there is nothin was borin and not comfortable at all, I was stuck in my room as outdoor seating wasn't comfortable at boutique for surgery patients which not there fault. Breakfast was included which was only a Turkish breakfast "cheese, bread and olives" ok if u like that stuff, hardly noone talked English at boutique or in the area so was very hard to communicate. Still in recovery 7wks on, gd communication throughout. Take extra money as photos u take before hand and send they seem to add extras on which not cheap, u can refuse that tho. Overall great company just need a few things tweeted to make ur experience better :) thankyou guys for looking after us

I would recommend PHC to anyone looking into any kind of surgery. I went for the sleeve and stayed the week so I had a few days before surgery to explore and enjoy, Rhianne was on hand every minute of the day with recommendations on where to go. The day of surgery we met our English speaking carers and they were all outstanding they spoke over everything about all pre op tests and results, kept me calm and at ease. They stayed and held my hand while I was put under for my endoscopy and sleeve. The following day the carers changed over and these girls were as amazing and compassionate as the last. We went back to the hotel and had a cater stay over that night to be on hand in case I needed anything. It was then time to go home. I felt like I was leaving family behind when I left as that is how you were made to feel. Even now 2 and a half weeks post op and PHC are at the end of the phone for any questions and concerns. The communications is out of this world. I have never felt like I have been alone. I cannot reiterate how amazing this company is. They go above and beyond for all their patients. Can’t wait to come back for a holiday/visit already 🤍

Can’t recommend this company enough. From the first message I have received constant communication about every step of the way. Once at the hospital they could not do enough for me & my partner (my companion), I had an carer 24/7 whose English was perfect and didn’t leave my side. Every question I had was answered. The hospital do so many more pre op tests than the UK do and this really helped my decision of getting the surgery as I spoke to hospitals in the UK too. The pre op tests are very thorough and prime health make sure you are 100% fit for surgery before you pay a penny for the surgery. The hotel after the surgery was lovely and we was free to do our own thing around the city but had a carer on call all the time to help if needed. I would 100% recommend Prime Health Concept to anyone who is debating any surgery!!

I never really write reviews, but gonna make an exception. From moment I spoke to lovely rhianna she took over everything from flights and all my concerns,she also arranged for assistance as I have bad knee so from plane u are met and taken to the lounge in the airport and was given a coffee and a chat and a photo session lol.then was taken to the hospital lovely views and sounds at night.once I arrived I was welcomed by carers yasmein and sent to my room ,then had few tests rest was done nxt day very thorough with tests and friendly.then I went down carer was with me to hold my hand as I came alone .surgery went well no has pain and now 7 weeks po imhaving no problems and the surgeon is so lovely came to see me a few times and took photos then I was taken to hotel and rhianne made sure I had everything I needed ,so if ir considering surgery I deffo recommend prime and I'll be going back for plastics they changed my life

CAN NOT PRAISE THIS COMPANY ENOUGH! From sending the initial message, sending deposit monies, to getting to the hospital, the communication and care given has been amazing. The carers couldn’t do enough for you, and there were no stupid questions ever.

The pre op tests were so in depth but done so quickly, with the support of the PHC team there, there was absolutely nothing for me to worry about. They are quite literally with you, every step of the way. Rhianne held my hand as I was put to sleep, when I woke up I was greeted by the nurse and carer, Ipek. They just make you feel so much calmer about the whole situation, as let’s face it, it is such a huge thing to do!

I’m now 4 weeks post op and 32lbs down. You can message anyone at any time post op and they will help out. There is a post gastric sleeve group chat on WhatsApp that you can be added to, which has been a godsend in the early days, which not only allows you to share your experiences, but also make friends with others in the same situation.

For anybody unsure of what to do, I say, DO IT AND USE PHC!!

The whole process from originally enquiring to having the surgery was smooth and the attentiveness of the team was superb.
Having support every step of the way was hugely important as having the gastric sleeve procedure is no easy thing. From arriving at the airport to completing all the pre-op tests you feel very much supported, and the hospital staff are very much there to help you every step of the way.
Once leaving the hospital it was great to stay at the wonderful boutique hotel whilst still having continued full support from the team right up until departure at the airport. You are given clear and detailed information of all next steps, requirements and structured plans of your weeks ahead once returning home. Even once back home, the team are just a text message away and regularly check in with you to offer support or answer any questions you may have.

Having surgery was the best thing I’ve done and I’ve seen a 3.5st loss in less than 8 weeks, and as many have said before it begs the question why we didn’t do this earlier. It’s not the easy way out, and you’ll be tested mentally but once you get past the initial hurdles and start seeing the results you know it’s all worth it, and I can’t thank Prime Health Concept enough for helping get my life and self esteem back on track and for their support throughout the whole process.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on the 26th June with PHC and my experience was incredible!

From leaving the plane you're made to feel like a VIP as you fast track all of the queues and border control. Their lounge is STUNNING! There we met one of the PHC carers Ṣafak who was lovely and very easy to talk too! She led us from the airport to the luxury mini bus & to the hospital

First night I had blood tests done and I slept like a baby! I've never known a hospital to be so quiet and peaceful!

The next day I had my pre op tests which were so thorough! Let me tell you, the nurses and staff in the hospital are so punctual! If they say they're going to be there at 9am they'll likely turn up at 8.45am! Can't say I'm used to that in the UK. I just couldn't fault it!

That afternoon I went down for my surgery and I wasn't scared at all! The hospital was immaculate and the staff were efficient!

The surgery went extremely well and coming around from the general anaesthetic I could feel gas pain. Pain killers were given any time I needed them and anti sickness too!

Day 2 after surgery I had still had pain but I would say it had reduced by 50% and we were moved to a bigger room with two beds - one for my husband.

Day 3 I had no pain whatsoever! We were discharged at 11am and had luxury transfers to a boutique hotel in Urla which was clean, modern, equipped with air con and cosy! At Urla we met Rhianne! It felt as though I'd met up with an old friend! Her communication throughout the booking process was so consistent that I felt as though we had formed a friendship before I even went. Across the road from our room was a stunning restaurant also owned by PHC. This was handy for my husband and on the 4th day we did try a little bit of soup. It was stunning 🤤.

On the 3rd day we got go walk around Urla and we visited the Art street which was so beautiful! The buildings were so pretty!

On the 4th day we cohabited in the cafe downstairs with our friends we had made while we were out there and then Rhianne organised a trip out for us to a shopping center nearby which was lovely!

The 5th day we flew home. We were again fast tracked through the airport and taken straight to the boarding gate!

I can hand on my heart say that my experience with PHC was 20/10! They were amazing and still continue to support me to this day! I'm so happy that I chose them to carry out my surgery. PHC are definitely a company who care and are compassionate about their clients!

If your thinking about having a Gastric Sleeve I can thoroughly recommend Prime Health. Last October I flew over to Ismir Turkey full of anticipation, but everything had been sorted for a smooth trip and stay.
From landing, I was in their care until I flew back home. My experience of it all, was very positive, with thanks to Rhianne & her caring staff.
She has also kept in regular contact with me, giving me help and advice when needed.

My experience was amazing, I travelled on my own and I didn't feel on my own or scared once! I had someone with me and always on hand to translate and advise the next steps and what was going on.

My room was amazingly clean and spacious and had an enquire, plenty space if I had taken someone with me too.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel afterwards was so peaceful and relaxing. Felt like a home from home.

I have underlying issues with loosing weight which is why I have gone for the sleeve and even at that my op was 17th Dec and I have lost 11 inches from my waist, 4 off each thigh 4 off each arm and this weekend I fit (with room) on all the rides at thorpe Park!

I am so so grateful to Rhianne, Sude and Lauren for taking such good care of me and I'm looking forward to getting my plastics booked. Good luck to anyone starting this journey and you won't regret it,I definitely haven't x
