Experience was above and beyond from start to finish. Rhianne could not do enough for me and was there through out the whole process. I felt I was well and truly looked after and in the safest hands from staying at the hotel to in the hospital and then even after and when I got back. So much so I would happily go back and have more surgery with prime and would not trust anyone else

What can I say…definitely not VIP as expected. Be prepared to be left on your own for the majority and to be ripped off from every angle. Rhianne is a money grabbing narcissist who has many faces. My advice is do not engage with this company at all costs 🤬

Can not thank prime enough greeted of the plane with all our luggage carried for us to prime health concepts private lounge , I was part of the July group booking and travelled alone was made very welcome from the start by the host Lauren and others girls and companion , thier was trips planned for those who’s surgeries was not whilst later in the week you was
Never left alone unless chosen to do so , the pre op test are something else very very in depth and the hospital was immaculate. 24/7 carers who was also thier to translate for you when needed , finally rhianne the ceo of the company was with us all at the hotel for the week which was brill nothing was ever to much for her to do I am forever grateful to rhianne, Lauren and dr muzaffer prime had offered me a new life and I can not wait to see what the future holds . Second to none experience!
I booked as part of the group trip which no other company offers and this is great for like minded support!
VIP treatment from the airport in the UK to landing back in the UK, all employees speak English to translate and support you.
The CEO, Rhianne is like nobofy I have ever met and really makes you feel comfortable, almost like your friend and nothing is too much for her!
There was something for everyone, including the companions! EVERYONE mattered, even those not having surgery and just supporting their partner.
Days trips, evening outings, from start to finish just an amazing experience.
I will 100% be using PHC for any future procedures and feel so happy and content that I chose them for such a big life decision!

The company makes many promises but does not keep them. I'm sick of seeing positive reviews knowing many people have had bad experiences. Let's see if my review stays up so the truth can be heard. The VIP service does not exist. Never saw my surgeon until he was stood in front of me as I was being put to sleep. 24hr care is not available, in the hospital you can text them 24hr and someone will come but that's not always possible after surgery. 24hr care at the hotel after? There were no carers there at all. And no follow up with the surgeon. Told would have 2 leak tests, had 1. Felt unsafe and alone but forced to put on a brave face so not to rock the boat. Who wants to cause a fuss after surgery when you're alone, vulnerable and in a foreign country.

From day 1 to landing in turkey I can not fault this company one bit rhianne the ceo is a diamond such a special lady she is with you 100% throughout. U hear all the horror stories around surgery abroad but with phc you are taken care of from the minute u enquire with rhianne. Getting to turkey from uk was a breeze I went along on the group trip and loz who works for phc well she was amazing she assisted us all through the whole entire process from getting on the plane at London to being discharged from hospital, loz was even there when I went in for surgery. Phc is a person centred company nothing is too much trouble for them at all they are always at the end of the phone. I will recommend this company within a heartbeat I went and had gastric sleve on the 30th July 24, the amount of tests we have before being signed of for surgery is amazing they make sure everything is looked at the surgeon is amazing such a lovely man, we saw and spoke to the surgeon many times before and after surgery. The hospital is like a 5* hotel all the staff were lovely some language barriers but this is why phc give u a carer who is with you every step of the way to translate and to also just be there for you whenever you need it. I would message the carers dedicated number and what carer was on shift would be at my room in mins all the carers were lovely ladies.
Rhianne is an amazing lady the CEO of the company and she stays in the hotel with you all the way she makes sure you are in every way comfortable I can't fault her one bit, she even made sure my companion was taken care of by ordering food etc. And loz she was truly amazing lovely person she was with us all every step I have made some lovely friends for life through phc. U will not be disappointed using phc for any type of treatment in turkey.

From the moment I left the uk, up till I left Turkey I was looked after with nothing less than a 5star approach!

Rhianne stayed in communication the whole time, ensuring I was okay; as I traveled on my own. When I got to the hotel I say with rhianne she treated me like a friend , not a customer. I wanted my hair washed and we went to the salon together, rhianne is absolutely amazing and so easy to get on with. I was so welcomed and reassured since the day I enquired for the surgery.

The after care I’ve received since coming home… well I can’t say a bad word about the company ! I have been put into support chats, rhianne reply’s to my messages at the earliest convenience and reassures me for any question I have.

PHC is an absolutely amazing company! I originally booked to have surgery in Turkey with another company, my experience with that company was horrible I didn't go through with surgery but I was left in Turkey being told I had cancer (which I do not) and had to pay another £4000 pound for treatment! Safe to say this totally knocked my confidence in surgery abroad. I got in touch with PHC and within half an hour they had sent a car to collect us and we where taken back to their company by the CEO herself. She made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was to much trouble, we were provided with accommodation, food and even a shopping trip as I'd only packed pyjamas as I was supposed to be having surgery.

To say I had not booked with this company they went above and beyond for me even though they absolutely did not have to do anything for me. They gave me back my confidence in surgery abroad and what started as a nightmare ended in an amazing few days with a company that really does make you feel like your amongst friends! I cannot thank PHC enought for everything they did for me. If I ever want surgery in the future I would not go anywhere else.

If you are considering surgery abroad please do consider this company to make your experience as good as possible they really do put you at ease with everything!

From the moment you get off the plane you have VIP treatment and even before you don’t have to worry about anything only packing your suitcase and getting to the airport - the surgeon I had for my plastic surgery was amazing and I would never trust anyone else again! - PHC really do go above and beyond for you! - the aftercare is out of this world and anything to make your experience more enjoyable they will do it for you. There is 24/7 English translation so there is never a barrier!

Absolutely amazing company had the best experience with them. We were treated like royalty the hole time we wre there nothing was to much. I could honestly not recommend this company enough. 5 starts are just not enough.

Can not recommend this company enough! I had mommy make over ( FDL tummy tuck, breasts& liposuction) also mons lift & arm lift. I was always kept informed from my first inquiry & once arrived in turkey was met from plane took through the airport to the lounge. Offered refreshments from the lovely Yasmine who spoke perfect English, then she took myself & husband to the hospital & stayed with us translating & getting us what ever we needed. The hospital is so clean & professional. On day of op Yasmine came down to theatre stayed with me translated & held my hand till I was asleep & there when I woke. The after care is out of this world, I had complication as got necrosis this was no one’s fault I had to stay extra 5 weeks but Rhianne, Ellis & carers looked after me so well at no extra cost for stay or medical treatment I had. They even got my husband blood pressure meds sorted when he ran out costing a fraction it costs in uk. These guys are amazing I can’t thank them enough. I am going back next year to have lower half of body lifted. That’s how good they are I have every faith they will care for me as well as last time. They have an amazing wound specialist whom sorted my necrosis for me, every appointment I had Rhianne or Ellis was there with me to hold my hand & translate I never felt alone. You won’t regret using this company they really do care & have your back 🥰

Amazing from start to finish, thanks to Karina who was always on the end of the phone with no questions left unanswered. Was met by a lovely carer who put my mind at ease about the operation & arrived a spotless clean hospital and had my own private room which was a bonus :) all the carers couldn’t do enough for you at the staff in the hospital were very nice!! I rate my experience 10/10 couldn’t fault it thank you again guys for changing my life xx

Like many others, once I’d decided on Gastric Sleeve surgery I spent months looking into different companies both in the UK and abroad. I found Prime Health Concept and did my research, even contacted several people who’d had surgery with them so I could get first hand info (not just what you see online). The PHC team were amazing, so helpful and professional from start to finish. They answered my many questions, reassured me when I was worried, supported us whilst we were in hospital and the follow up aftercare has been fab. I also want to say how fantastic the care was whilst in hospital, including the extremely thorough pre & post op tests, the amazing girls on hand 24/7 who were there when we needed them and always with a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble including organising an additional night in hospital as I didn’t feel well enough to go to the hotel. I was also really worried about the endoscopy due to a horrendous experience in the UK, however I needn’t have worried as they listened to my concerns and gave me a slightly higher dose of sedation to calm me down and I don’t remember a thing! Once I’ve lost the weight I’ll likely need surgery for the loose skin, I’ll definitely be going back to PHC when the time comes. Thank you 😊

For months iv been looking for somewhere to get a gastic sleeve done, and I had a friend who went with this company and recommended them to me, i was abit worried as I was worried about any scamming but after speaking to rhianne and getting to know her and giving me all the information I needed I was happy to go ahead with this company, everything is through rhianne even the deposit, the rest you pay when your at the hospital. From the start till the end I was taken care of !! From the pick up to the hospital my stay in the hospital and in the hotel all the way until I had to go home. !! I highly recommend this company to anyone !!! And I couldn't thank them more !! I'm 3 weeks since my surgery and yet I can message rhianne if I have any concerns. Thank you for everything PHC

I had my sleeve surgery on the 4th of January and also had my gallbladder removed to.
The service received with prime health concept was fantastic and I can’t thank them enough.
The hospital was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. PHC carers were fantastic and all ways with you every step of the way my surgeon Dr muzaffer Oner was such a lovely man making me feel at ease from the start.
The tests that they do before surgery were very thorough (so many ) they really do make sure that you are fit for surgery. I highly recommend Prime Health Concept Rhianne and her team are fantastic at what they do and I would definitely use this company again.

From the first contact I made with Rhianne to now 2 week po, the communication has been amazing , the amount of tests you have to go through just to make sure your suitable for surgery really puts your mind at ease. After being delayed for 20 hours at Istanbul for connecting flight the reassurance from Rhianne was outstanding. The hospital was spotless clean, due to the delay on flights I was unable to enjoy the boutique hotel so personally can’t comment. But overall I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a gastric sleeve. Don’t believe the horror stories about ops in turkey Prime Health Concept are fab.

The care is absolutely amazing and the staff are fantastic, the care I’ve had is unbelievable and they answer every question you may have and put your mind at ease. I have no regrets choosing PHC. I went out to Turkey and had my gastric sleeve on 4th January. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I had been researching for 6 months about Prime Health and all I could find were so many positive reviews, which gave me the reassurance that I had found the right place to go. We were collected from arrivals and taken straight to the hospital and then off to bed. The day of my surgery was a very busy one, so many tests and doctors, wow, they really make sure you are suitable for surgery, then it was a quick change and off to theatre. The aftercare was great, the carers were fabulous, the surgeon Dr Muzaffa is a character 😁 a really great guy. The hotel is very nice and clean and Rhianne is only a call away should you need anything. We were taken to the airport and were given the priority check in as promised and were soon in departures waiting for the flight home. I cannot praise Rhianne and Prime Health Concept enough, she is amazing and works incredibly hard. I would not hesitate in recommending PHC to anyone considering a gastric sleeve procedure.

I've booked my gastric sleeve operation for November and the service has been absolutely great. I was really scared of having the procedure but they eased me into it and everything went really smooth.
Rhianne and her team put me at ease from my booking to my departure and the aftercare has been absolutely amazing.
In hospital I was looked after 24/7 with a great surgeon and nurses. PHC team Asli and Duygu were always supportive and funny with great smiles and great professionalism.
After the hospital they took me to a nice and humble hotel with a very comfy bed and got me a lovely soup for dinner.
There is no time that I had to carry a case or do anything on my own.

From the moment I decided to choose PHC for my surgery they was amazing through the whole process. Like many others I had done a lot of research but nobody compared to them and I’m so glad I chose them. From the start of the process up until present they are still amazing and I’m now 12 weeks PO. They answered every question I asked and there were many of those! Nothing was to much trouble for them and I would do it all again. The care was outstanding, the hospital was spotless and the staff were amazing. My surgeon was also incredible constantly checking on myself and my mother asking us if we are satisfied and we absolutely are.
