Both Nathan and Ethan provided me with very friendly and exceptional service regarding giving me a quote for a new boiler which was very reasonable and servicing my old one. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ethan the gas engineer, who attended to undertake a service of my boiler, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It was this knowledge that identified there was a faults with the system boiler and these needed fixing before a service of it could be undertaken. A revisit is required as awaiting the insurance to approve the repair.

Ethan was great. He messaged before arrival and was polite and professional throughout. My son asked him questions about his job and what he does and he answered his questions whilst carrying out the service.
Great customer service and the job was done in good time.
