I had a brilliant experience today at Pride Hearing! After visiting the doctors a few days ago, I was told I had wax blocking each ear. I had struggled for a week with hearing loss, pressure and pain so booked an appointment. It was great that they offered the service on a Sunday too. My appointment was with Paige who was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The service was great and my ears are now completely clear, hearing has returned and all pain has gone! I'm really happy that I booked the appointment and would definitely recommend.

I've had to have my ears cleared at least once a year.
Without a doubt Pride Hearing is the best I've found.
I saw Katie who found out pretty quickly that my ear was not going to cooperate.
She said don't worry I'll clear it.
And she did.
And completely pain free.
This is def my go to place for my ears in the future

If you're thinking of having earwax removal look no further than Pride Hearing, a first class service from the second i walked through the door,having the procedure done was brilliant, the female (sorry forgot your name) that did the procedure couldn't do enough for me to ensure the experience was pleasurable, would definitely recommend to anyone that asked about earwax removal.

I’ve been pondering over getting my ears looked at for the longest time, but I came across Pride Hearing while on Facebook, so I put in an enquiry and heard back from them an hour later and got myself booked in with an appointment for the next day. I got there and was greeted by a beautiful woman called Suzanne, who was also doing my appointment. We had a few laughs about the weird and wonderful things about her job and then got into the appointment. Overall, I was very “disgustingly satisfied” as Suzanne had ordered another review. I would definitely recommend it to people. I’m very happy it’s close by too.

Needed an answer to a question before booking an appt. Used the contact us option. Had an immediate reply from who I now know was James (Co Director) - wasn’t expecting such a swift reply or from such a senior person. Question fully answered. Appt booked. Immediately rec’d a very professional & polite call from Danielle in preparation for the appt. Arrived for appt, welcomed by Danielle, super friendly and Pride Hearing’s centre is immaculately presented & clean. Great 1st impressions. Consultation & treatment superbly completed by Katie, also super friendly & professional. Katie & Danielle have fantastic personalities & sense of humour. Totally at ease & best of all, the treatment was quick, painless & works! Could not be happier, even the price! Will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you to you all. To be able to be looked after be someone who is good at there job in a time of need and determined to get the job done.
All I can do is sing Katie's praise it helps to have a good personality and open mindness which makes the experience alot easier.
They got me in at a time of need at short notice too.
My only moan is the website has the wrong opening hours so I didn't book sooner as I work and the website hours meant it was no good for me, what if this is turning more people away.

I came to Pride Hearing on a recommendation from two different people and I’m so glad I did.
The polite manner at reception to the amazing Katie who was so professional throughout my appointment, I cannot fault at all.
Katie instantly put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do, as well as showing me the before and after pictures of my wax removal.
Katie calmly completed a vacuum wax removal and never caused me any discomfort at all. Katie went through my aftercare and gave me very useful recommendations.

I was had a lovely welcome to the practice when I arrived on my first visit and the lady who carried out the procedure was equally welcoming, explained everything in detail and gave professional recommendations. Well done Suzanne and thank you for being so great!

Such a lovely bunch of people and the lady at the register was so nice asking us if we wanted drinks and just reassuring us with everything!
Suzanne that did my ears was amazing and so professional she really gave me such a good experience as I know it can be quite overwhelming for some people but I can’t recommend having it done by her enough. Thank you again!

I booked an appointment for 19th july .I booked it on 1st july , a few days before i got a call saying the computer was down and not showing morning appointments ??? I said that was the only time i could make it , they rang back a couple of hours later and said i could still have my appointment , i drove half an hour towards my appointment and was 20 mins away when i got a message to say they were unwell but could change it to an afternoon slot , terrible service

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Katie who cleared the wax out my ears is wonderful and the procedure was painless and quick. Definitely recommend them.

Had both ears done today 18th July, Suzanne was excellent, already recommended to others.

Can’t recommend Pride hearing enough, thoroughly professional from start to finish, highly recommend if you are suffering from ear wax build up… vacuum removal was pain free and efficient.

My doctor told me both my ears were clogged up with wax after a hospital stay so I booked an appointment on a Sunday with a young lady called Paige I couldn't have asked for for a better person to do this as I have never had trouble before. She was very caring and putting my mind at ease by explaining everything all the way. Very good treatment and very caring.thanks for opening up my world again.

Was very easygoing and showed great care!

Dissapointing after care, I was scheduled a visit that never took place and the ongoing difficulty my family and I have had trying to reach someone for help.

I was meant to receive a home visit on the 17th of June, 2025 because my hearing aid has stopped working. I even received a reminder, so my family and I made sure to look out for the appointment. Sadly, no one ever arrived. My brother tried to call on my behalf, but the call was unhelpful, and he was eventually cut off. He was told someone would come on the 23rd of June, but we never received any confirmation or follow-up reminder, as we usually do.

Since then, my sister and niece have continued to call multiple times, but no one has answered. I'm profoundly deaf, and my hearing aid is my only means of communication with the world. This situation has been incredibly distressing.

When I was given the hearing aid, I was assured it would be checked annually for the next four years. That promise gave me a sense of security — but right now, it feels as though that promise has been broken.

Please, I kindly ask that this matter is looked into and resolved. I rely on this service not just for my hearing, but for my well being
