Great service. Katie was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions very thoroughly throughout my visit. Quick and efficient, I was out in 15 minutes and my ear feels like new. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t realise how bad my ears were blocked, with the advice and confidence of the staff at Pride Hearing they were excellent with the procedure, I must say the best money I could’ve spent to sort my problem out. Thank you Pride Hearing highly recommended.

Fantastic service - Katy was very professional but equally friendly - got me sorted out and hearing again after a thorough clean out which after over a week of suffering was heaven to me.

Excellent service from start to finish, from staff member: Paige. Very knowledgeable and professional. Only issue was the waiting time length, but she was very good at explaining the reason why and showed great hospitality. Would highly recommend. Great value for money too.

Having struggled with a blocked ear for over a week, the sheer relief of having my hearing back after being professionally cleared was off the scale. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and about as far away from an antiquated doctors surgery as you can get. The procedure itself was quick and painless and I was guided through each stage and my options were always made very clear to me throughout. All in all, i can’t recommend them enough. When is arrived I noticed how helpful and friendly the staff were I was offered a drink before I even sat down, I felt at home as though I knew them for ages nothing was to much trouble everything was asked that needed to be and all through the cleaning everything was explained. I would deffo recommend them to others 5 stars thankyou

My 16 year old son was having problems hearing and tried to get appt with docs to get wax removed and it was 5 weeks to get it sorted! So came across pride hearing. Absolutely brilliant! Katie talked us through the procedure and was extremely knowledgeable, with my sons age in mind. Delivered the best treatment and care to him. Removing all the wax from his ears. He can now hear again! Thank you! 😊

I would highly recommend Pride Hearing. I made an appointment for ear syringing as there was a six week wait at my GP.

Katie was very professional throughout my appointment, taking the time to ensure I was fully informed at each stage. She was attentive, patient and made me feel very comfortable. The facilities were excellent too. A really positive experience from start to finish.

I took my 80yr old mum who has struggled with her hearing for almost 2yrs and she was so looked after by Katie. She was so lovely & caring. My mum had an awful amount of wax in both her ears and she can now hear properly for the first time in ages, no more shouting to have a conversation.

My 21 year old son had a great experience at Pride Hearing this week for wax removal. Suzanne was professional and caring with some really useful information about how to care for his ears. He would definitely recommend and would book again..

Initially - just an observation-

Parking reserved for ‘patients’ I’d prefer it to say perhaps ‘clients’. Patients sounds like we are ill and we are not necessarily. 🤔

Put route in sat nav but that proved difficult as I got close by as there was no road sign. Clinic is sideways to the road so slightly tough to spot.

All that to one side- from entering the building to walking out. Laura? Receptionist very professional, friendly and helpful. Suzanne, the ear wax removal technician, was also superb. Very clear in her speech and what was expected of me IE where to sit- what was happening. Very knowledgable. The place btw appeared spotless and tidy. Well set out - except for being able to hear talking next door during hearing test which they are going to address. Suzanne mentioned that me hearing my heartbeat in the test could be that my BP is high, and possibly linked to my diabetes. She took a pic of both ears- (inside) … I didn’t need them irrigating, but she has written to my GP because my left ear feels odd and full. I’m detailing things to show how thorough she was. And knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Booked husband in.
No complaints whatsoever. Advised to use olive oil in my ears for any dryness. No cotton buds. A pleasurable experience made possible by two lovely young ladies. Would have no problem recommending this company.

A really pleasant experience.
Paige, the young lady that performed my hearing test was excellent, she explained the process in terms that I was easily able to understand.
I would recommend using Pride Hearing again
