Great product and reliable international shipping / delivery.

Pretty ballerinas are very comfortable, well made shoes, excellent detail they come in half sizes for a perfect fit.

Had a seemless experience when buying from this brand on line. Good advice from a sizing perspective. Tracking dispatch online was v straightforward and i was delighted with the shoes when they arrived.

All fluid with the order and impeccable packaging + products at delivery . Loved my shoes/ballerinas !

The quality is always good .
The order and shipment tracking has much improved in recent years .

Terrible experience shopping with Pretty Ballerinas online. To summarise:

1. I ordered shoes with advertised delivery in 3-4 days. After 5 days I chased and was told that delays were beyond their control and I should just refuse the delivery, but this was not possible as the shoes arrived when I was out. The shoes eventually arrived a week after this so almost 2 weeks from ordering.
2. The shoes arrived damaged in several places. The velvet had indentations and scuffs on both shoes and was very noticeable. They did not look new.
3. I emailed them again to say how disappointed I was and to arrange a return. The response was a copy and paste email and the direction to return the shoes by post to their London shop at my own expense!

I live just outside London so I can in theory take the shoes in but others may not be able to do this. It will still cost me a £15 train ticket and I am not sure I trust posting it in to them considering their dreadful service so far. My advice would be do not buy anything online from Pretty Ballerinas.

Pas la bonne taille. Le site préconise de prendre une taille au dessus : c’est trop grand. Sinon elles sont très belles.
Site en anglais uniquement et courrier en anglais: c’est désagréable pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas l’anglais

Nice website, well laid out. Great selection of lovely shoes. Loved the size guide to make sure you order the right size. Order arrived quickly with plenty of updates on the status.

Hi I have sent numerous emails and requests to cancel my order that is long overdue. my order was placed on 15th September - you state on your website that the order will be received in 6-7 working days - this is not the case as well over this time period has lapsed and I cannot get a straight answer from your customer service. Extremely disappointing service.
