If you are interested in getting their digital certificate, then you can go ahead, but don't ever ask them for a printed certificate; they will share a fake tracking number with you, and they will claim it's delivered! Later, they will ask you for more money to reprint! It's such a cheap way to earn money.

They even explain the whole process of how to legally change your name by deed poll. This has to be done 1st. Before you attempt to change your name and title directly with companies and governmental agencies.

So please don't leave bad reviews until you read all the instructions 1st, because it is unfair and untrue.

Do not buy from these scammers, it’s a novelty title, nothing more nothing less, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on, customer services are no help either as they have a pre set response when you tell them you have encountered a problem changing to your so called new title! AVOID.

What an absolute pleasure of a company to deal with, all of their information and support is easy to read and follow and the team behind the scenes are excellent. I'm just in the process of getting mine changed by deed poll and the steps seem easy to follow. I'll update here should I find any issues to make you aware of. Great to see a small company take this on, it's usually the bigger ones that come in and leave you on your own.

DVLA would not recognise the title and refused to update my Licence. Went through customer services to be fobbed off with some agencies wont recognise the title yet DVLA is quite a big one. which means NO UK resident can update their UK driving licence to reflect the title. This also means some banks will not recognise it either. NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. Save your money and shop arround as its onll a novelty and there are cjeaper companies out there.

Love the the deed poll and the information you get with it and also love the certificate you get . But the only thing that let's them down big time is the frame they send. You can get a better one at poundland by Miles it looks cheap and feels cheap. So if you want to save money don't get the frame package. Get a frame your self so that it looks 100% better than it would if you get there frame.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Tried to change my driving license and passport title to Lord. Both applications were denied. The company claims you can legally use your title but it’s all lies. Save your money.
