Taste somewhat disappointing
The delivery and presentation of the products were really great. However, the taste of some of the juices were not pleasant at all. This might be just personal taste, but I found the celery and the lean greens ones to be completely intolerable. Given that these juices make up a bulk of the juice/soup cleanse I was let not being able to experience the full cleanse as I couldn't drink these at all.

Hi Dawn,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review!
We are glad to hear the delivery and packaging created a positive impression! I am so sorry that some of the Juices were not to your liking, the two Green Juices listed are our only vegetable only (excluding small amounts of lemon) Juices so they can take some time to get used to, but the benefits are fantastic and add some amazing nutrients and vitamins to our Cleanses.
I hope you enjoyed the other Juices, Shakes and Probiotic waters that were included in your Cleanses and if you ever wish to take part again but possibly look to have the Lean Greens and Celery swapped for alternatives please do reach out to our Customer experience team and we will be more than happy to help!
Kind regards,
Yasmin

Hi Christina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
We are sorry that your initial experience was not a positive one. I have looked into the situation and can see a Subscription was created within your first order with us, however this seems to have selected by mistake and the second instalment had been delivered at the point of contacting our Customer Experience team. As we do not accept returns due to the fresh nature of our products, we were limited in resolution options however, I can see that we came to a suitable resolution in the end.
I do hope you enjoyed some of the products included, if you have any other questions or need any further assistance please do let us know.
Kind regards,

I love every Press product I’ve tried
I love every Press product I’ve tried! I do like fruits and veg a lot but I even thought the celery juice is pretty good considering I generally dislike celery. Somehow they make everything taste great and the results are amazing when you commit to it! I’ll always come back to Press, fantastic customer service too 🌟

Great soups!
Really like the soups. The juices very acidic using for a whole week’s cleanse so would probably just do 2-3 days in future. Definitely need a mouthwash afterwards to protect those teeth! The first product delivery was very late and things were missing, then arrived in multiple deliveries over a week by which point some of the products were going past their use by date. However, customer service did eventually provide a refund and the 2nd delivery was fine-all there and on time. Wasn’t a huge fan of the meals - bit bland but would probably do a soup cleanse again at some point.

Hi Alanna,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review!
We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the Soups and would try one of our shorter Soup Cleanses next time! I am sorry to hear that there were some delivery issues and delays but it sounds like you were able to complete the Cleanse in full once we arranged for the missing items to be resent!
Regarding the Meals, I can see you tried 3 of the range of 7 that we have on offer so I hope you will be able to give the others a try next time and find one that is more to your liking! We are working on some new Meals currently as well so fingers crossed they will be launched very soon!
We look forward to seeing you soon!

I ordered the Power Week (my go-to PRESS product) and absolutely loved it. The two-day juice cleanse is the perfect way to kick off the reset, and then you ease into the five days of the meal plan, which makes the whole week feel really balanced. I honestly love all of the meals - but the Orzo is definitely my favourite.
The service was brilliant too - everything arrived on time, super fresh, and the box was packed with ice so it all stayed perfect. I also really appreciate that you can pick an exact delivery date. It takes away that usual hassle of having to plan and order days in advance like you do with other sites.
I always feel so much better after a Power Week - lighter, more energised, and motivated to keep going with healthier habits.

I like it
A bit expensive but I like their products. They taste nice and the delivery is usually very quick.
After 3 orders, they always have some juice press missing, they replace it with a different flavour, but it would be nice for once to get all of the juice I've ordered.

First time order - very impressed
Very easy to order and great to just be able to order without any subscription. Delivery has been really prompt as well and packed well with cool packs. I’ve tried a 3 day reset then ordered some of the items separately to continue on my journey. The breakfast oats and ginger shots are really great! Main meals super easy to cook and it has been nice to see no added artificial flavours in any of the items.

Very good overall - check substitutions
As a regular customer I have learned which products I like and which travel well, and generally speaking the products are of a very high quality and well-packed and the ordering is efficient and customer service are very responsive. I also benefited from a discount based on previous purchases. My only flag is that supply can be variable and I have on occasion received substitutions I didn’t want and on the most recent occasion I received the wrong product without the substitution being checked first, which I had asked for.

Amazing product that does what it says
Amazing product that does what it says. After a holiday I was completely bloated, water retention and my skin had broken out. I tried this and was fully committed. Yes not all of the drinks taste great but I wasn’t hungry in the three day cleanse I did at all which was surprising. I would fully recommend. My bloating and water retention is gone and my skin is better than ever!
