What started out was a simple quote request for replacement blinds is turning into a nightmare! Pushy Sales person turning up with no prior appointment not once twice in the same day, telling me they will be getting into trouble if they don't take the measurements! Then changing there story to I was told not to come but basically thought she would try her luck! I was in a rush and tried to just get is done asap! Half hour later, everything was sorted but I had missed an important appointment by then. Placed an order and notes added not to arrange until end of August. Contacted them few days later as I was not happy with the Sales Person, and not to arrange until end of August. A few days later was messaged to advise they will be with me Sunday morning despite me advising the sales person and agent dealing with FB messages. I replied saying please do not arrange to come out. The lack of communication was draining how can it be so poor internally to have no proper procedure in place to communicate customers notes between departments. Spoke to an agent as I wanted to cancel the order. The agent I spoke to was apologetic and asked if she could speak to a manager and get them to call back within the week. On Sunday morning I answered a call from the driver saying he would be with me within 10 minutes to fit the blinds despite me telling them X amount of times when I required them for. Message sent advising of this which was replied to saying sorry, a manager will be in touch. This was Sunday 1st, a week has elapsed and no manager has called me at all, or tried to contact me. I contacted them on Saturday to advise of this and to tell them to go ahead and cancel the order - the message has been opened but not responded too. Just confirm cancellation is done!!!!!

Had blinds fitted yesterday very pleased with them and with the service provided would recommend premium blinds

Measured and ordered on a Sunday. Fitted the following Sunday. £200 for 3 good sized roller blinds. Took less than 15 minutes for all 3 to be fitted. Can’t go wrong!

Awful, blinds fell down the second day we had them and the fitter was quite rude, they have fitted the blinds with different pull cord ends and we were told these would be pushed through the letter box for us to fit. The blinds in the kitchen were put in incorrectly and this was not realised until the upstairs blind did not fit correctly and he had to swap these around. Bay window blind has gaps between the windows. There was an awful amount of mess left over, not just dust, raw cap ends over the floor and window sill. The raw caps were cut in half so could not have been adequate to use, resulting in the blinds falling down, worried about the other blinds now as they were not checked and put up with just one screw! Requested a new fitter to come out to refit was told we would have another as first did not wear a mask, and the same fitter returned, again with no mask! Horrendous, all messages to resolve following have fell on deaf ears.

Absolutely over the moon with our blinds in our home. The service you really can't fault nor the quality. Amazing and make you feel so comfortable. Literally took the fitter 20 minutes if that! Defo recommend, will be coming back soon for the back of the house to be done and recommend to family and friends

Second time I’ve had blinds fitted by Premium Blinds UK. 1 week from appointment to fitting! Will be getting more windows done soon as spreading the cost! Can’t recommended enough.
