This is the first time I've used this company and the hair products. I've now had the hair installed 2 weeks. Usually by now I can get a good indication as to the endurance and quality of the hair. I have to say, that I am pretty pleased so far and would definitely buy the same product from them again. Delivery was Swift and very well packaged. Loving the hair. However, (post 3 weeks now), I feel I must point out a few things which, I find a bit strange...The instructions say NOT to comb, brush or run your fingers through the hair..I followed these instructions for a good week or so...To be honest I feel the hair does need to at least be combed with a wide toothed comb....It does tangle slightly even though professes to be 'tangle and breakage free'. I'm 3 weeks in and there is some small breakage too.

I have had my hair extensions in for 1 and a half weeks, so far it has been good. It is performing well. I only noticed it starting to tangle a little but nothing major. I have not washed it as yet so am hoping the management of it stays the same. It has begun to shed a little but again nothing major that would not make we buy it again should this and the tangle not get any worse. I think the price is fair to good. Hair still feels soft and still has its wave. BTW I bought the Body Wave Hair Weave. I also want to comment that I liked the way the hair stayed consistently thick to the ends and not thin out like many do. I would recommend this hair and I'm fussy.

Bought 3 of these now and they are the so natural looking. Best closure I've had! 😀

I made an initial 4* review when I first purchased this hair. Before a proper wash or installation.
I am now wishing I had never given this company that review.

Let me start by saying I have been wearing virgin hair bundles for over 8 years. I am also a professional colourist and hairdresser.

First thing I noticed when bleaching the hair is that two of the bundles lifted quickly and nicely but the third bundle barely lifted at all.

I also noticed a black substance washing from the hair which considering that I ordered a "Natural brown" I don't expect my hair to come to me already dyed!

After having on my head for not even a week it began to become extemely dry and matted very easily.

I decided to co wash it with Herbal essences conditioner. Which is what I use for EVERY virgin hair I have ever used and it is my go to products.

No use it was still dry and brittle feeling like plastic barbie doll hair.

So my last attempt was to try and use silicon mix to revive the hair. Now if you ladies know anything about silicon mix you know it brings all your old dead weave back to life, but not this RUBBISH that premi hair sold me.

I then decided to do a burn test to see if the hair was real human hair.
This was inconclusive as it didn't melt like synthetic but it didn't crisp and ash like virgin hair it was somewhere in the middle with an awful smell. This leads me to believe it is more along the lines of your average Beauty supply store hair such a Milky Way or sensational and not worth the money they are charging.

Now I accept it may have been a bad batch but maybe you should check your vendor premihair because this is very obviously some aliexpress Chinese blended hair.

I am gutted I have spent over £100 pound of this rubbish that I will be taking out and throwing after not even 2 weeks wear.

The hair looks nothing like what's on the picture. I was really looking forward to the wig but was so disappointed with what came through the post it ruined my plans for the weekend and ofcourse for the rest of the weeks i planned to use the hair. First time ordering from premi hair and it will possibly be my last. That being said what didn't work for me might work for another :).

The only good thing about my experience with premi hair is that delivery was on time.

Haven't had the Brazilian weave in yet but can't wait looks amazing quality

I ordered some hair for my mum. The website was really efficient. I paid through my amazone account and received texts to update me on the whereabouts of the package and even to say it's been delivered which I really liked. The hair looks exactly like it did on the pictures and felt soft and silky. However I haven't tried to apply heat to it yet. It's a bit thinner than I expected but it was cheap so I felt I got my money's worth.

Next Day delivery service is excelltent.
Cannot give 5 stars as have not installed yet.
CONS
Hair is NOT 100% unprocessed as this would make is what is called "raw virgin hair". It is at least steam processed to create the bohemian curls I ordered. As the curl was very uniform and resembled beauty supply shop hair. It also had a very strong slight perfumed/chemical smell to it.
The ends were also a little dry and the shedding was not great but not awful.

THAT BEING SAID
PROS.
once washed the curl pattern relaxes ever so slightly into a beautiful curl.
It's stays soft and does not matt so I am confident that this is not blending and is in fact real human hair.
The ends also softened up once co washed.
The smell washes off easily with conditioner.
Shedding completely stopped after initial unboxing.
Hair is NO different from what you buy from so called more "prestigious companies" I.e whitneymarie or lovehair. So the price is incredibly good!
The lengths are true to size.

Maybe the bad reviews recieved bad batches but I am now confident that this company is legit and will be purchasing again.

Wow, at last I can truly say I have fallen in love with this product from Premihair.

The praise really starts from the Delivery. My wig arrived 1 day earlier than stated. The colour, touch and structure of both curls and waves is better than I expected. Cannot wait to order another one!

I have already received comments from friends and family members.

I originally posted a review on here of my 1st interaction with this company.

In which I ordered a product which in turn was out of stock.

The corrected that issue why giving me a £10 next order.

I stupidly choose to give them another chance and it didn't end welll. I had to go to my credit card company to try and get my money back.

I placed an order in Monday after getting my discount code they which gracious to send my item standard delivery instead of the free service which i believe is 2nd class signed for. (55p difference between 1st and 2nd)

My item we're dispatched the same day as my order was before 3pm.

I emailed Wednesday just to let them know I was a bit worried as the tracking had not updated which in my experience of sending a fair few packages means it's gotten misplaced in the Royal Mail/post office system!

After no reply to my email i called them and spoke to a woman who abruptly told me she'd look into the Royal Mail tracking even tho I had already done so.

She then replied to the email stating the same thing I'd already told her. Tough basically.

I ordered those products in enough time to be here before Friday as it's my birthday party on the Saturday and I have an appointment at 10:30 on Friday to have my hair fitted.
Which they have been made aware of form day one.

I then called back and explain how unhappy and how upset I have been all day trying to find the money to replace and locate some more hair but due to my location has been impossible.

I was then passed on to and I use this word lightly gentalman who contained to be little me with names such as uneducated negative and nasty and stupid because I dared to leave a one star review which I am well with in my rights to do so.

I explained to them it isn't my fault that Royal Mail haven't followed through but why should I the paying customer suffer due to them not delivering. He contained to argue with me and told me I'll have to wait in for the post man to deliver and if I'm not happy refuse it. Which isn't possible I won't be in my home when the post man delivers the package as I will be at other appointments.

I then explained if they weren't going to help and he was going to continue to call me negative names blame me the customer I told them I would contact the credit card company to disputes this as I haven't recived goods in the stated time and they refuse to help me. The website states 1-2 days it in no place states approx timing.

All in all this company has caused me nothing but stress upset and tears on what should be a joyful time for me.

If you want to call me nasty or negative or uneducated for these reason I'm more than happy to have that hat!

I'm someone who is really fussy when it comes to hair and hair pieces.
I didn't have any expectations of this closure. I'm deemed it as a temporary buy while I looked for something that fitted my ideal of being "better".
It arrived and I was pleasantly surprised about how thick the closure was. I dyed it jet black on the same day I got it. It took the dye but the dye definitely needed to be on the hair longer for it to take completely.
The silk base makes the closure look so natural. Most people often think it's my own hair. (You also need a good hair stylist!)

One month later and there's barely any shedding and will definitely be looking to buy more in future.
Have every confidence when buying this product. It honestly, has been great for me.

I ordered two closures for me and my sister. I had paid for next day express post. I received an email one hour before my hairdresser arrived saying that my order had not been sent out. So three people were affected by the bad service. I will not be using them again.
