Not impressed!
The hair came quickly, which I was really impressed with. However I bought kinky straight hair and I can gauruntee you it is not genuine kinky straight hair. The texture is not how kinky straight is, the hair is silky with some waves in it. Not impressed, kinky straight is meant to be more coarse like type 4 hair. Not an accurate discription AT ALL. Theres nothing kinky about it at all, it's like brazilian straight hair. Premi hair need to get it correct. Absolute joke!

Bad quality
I bought this hair beginning of last month. Delivery was quick and I got it installed within a week. I have experienced a lot of shedding and tangling before I even washed it it. It sheds badly despite using right products. The previous hair I bought from another company 3years ago still looks new & rarely sheds compared to this! I am very disappointed to say the least

Hello, PremiHair is based in Birmingham, UK. As you can see on our website. However, the delivery method was Royal Mail 2nd Class which is not guaranteed to be arrived on certain day. If you need the hair urgently, you can choose the express delivery which means you will get it on the next working day. Eventually, The full refund can only be issued when we received the hair back to us; maybe this is why it takes a while. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
