Purchased tickets for Noah Kahan at Wembley Arena with Premier Events. Great service, tickets were sent to me well ahead of the event with very clear instructions of how to access them. Highly recommend!

We went to see Luke Combes with premier events. We had standing Pit tickets the best of the best- that night people were selling the same sort of ticket we had for 9k a ticket so we definitely paid a good price. We was literally making eye contact with him! Was the best experience I have ever had. Will use these guys going forward in the future.

If the Ghostbusters are for our imagination and entertainment only, WHO DO CALL if you want tickets to a sold out, hugely in demand event?? The answer Premier Events! I asked can you? They said “yes” and I didn’t lift a finger. Everything done over email and I now have one very happy son-in-law with one less dream on his bucket list. I now have Charlotte at Premier on speed dial. Service like it should be.

Premier Events feedback- Cricket Tickets
I found that everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful when it came to chasing up information. Believe you me it is the personal touch. Nowadays one is so used to dealing with automated messages, experiencing delays and frustration at an inability to speak to human beings that it was a refreshing change to speak to somebody who always promptly picked up the phone.

Not sure how Premier Events can sleep at night!!!
I have been enjoying great events/hospitality for the past 10 years of my life. Never have a problem paying for value, and this was nothing like good value.....for the package that cost £1,790 each and you basically had the Amex garden area (which can buy at £395), a lanyard, free drinks, a food voucher, and a free event t-shirt, no seating in the VIP area from 3.30pm, not enough seating - poor value is not the word, complete disgrace, over a £1,000 over-priced....Premier Events, shame your offering was not as per your company name....NEVER AGAIN

Dear Mr Wheeler. I'd like to thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback on both Google and now Trustpilot. In case you did not see my earlier response, I'm very sorry to hear that the Bruce Springsteen concert did not meet with your expectations. This isn't something we like to hear.
The lack of seating in the bar and any other issue with the venue, show and package is something that's not within our control, however, I will relay your comments to the event organisers and promotors. We'll also learn from this too, and may reconsider whether to offer this package in the future if it leaves customers disappointed.
In closing, I should add that Premier Events is a secondary market agent, offering premium category tickets for mostly sold out events. In this particular case, we provided everything that was asked of us and delivered your tickets in a timely manner well before your event. I do trust that everything was as expected with our service.
As a relatively small family-run business, we genuinely care and take customer feedback seriously. Given that we fulfilled all that was asked of our service, I do ask that you reconsider your review to reflect this, and hopefully give us an opportunity to assist you in the future.

Wimbledon and Premiere Events
My wife and I used Premiere Events and Charlotte for opening day and day 2 at Wimbledon. We did Center Court and Court 1. The seats were amazing and Charlotte was outstanding through the entire process. What an experience!
