I won't recommend or buy again

In their advertisement they need to be clear about total dissolved salts, if I would have known that you still drink the same amount as tap water I would never have bought the filter system.

We want happy customers. I reached out straightaway to make things better a couple weeks ago when you sent us a concerning email. We really make sure our product descriptions are clear, that we educate on what the filtration system does, and make ourselves available to answer any questions.

The system you purchased is a great system that removes harmful contaminants from your drinking water supply and keeps healthy minerals in. It’s a shame we didn’t get to discuss your requirements before purchase as we’d have pointed you to an RO system if your goal is to remove all TDS.

For all our products, we list the main contaminants the filter reduces and/or removes. Your system did not list total dissolved salts / total dissolved solids (TDS). There are 1,000s of contaminants and minerals that can make up a TDS reading – your system reduces the harmful ones (which we listed) and it retains healthful minerals (also clearly stated). The expectation that a TDS reading with this product should be around zero is not a fair or logical expectation to have drawn.

We appreciate all feedback received and as a result of your email a few weeks ago, it’s given us the chance to improve our product descriptions and even write an article to help folks better understand TDS.

Very Satisfied Customer

The customer service at Premiere Sale is excellent!
One would get the impression that their office is never closed 😊

We bought 3 filter systems from Premiere Sales so far (all are still working very well) and this last purchase was for refills.

Very pleased

Excellent products and service. I have ordered two different filters now, and both have exceeded expectations.

Installed whole house filter, and separate one to tankless heater. I have peace of mind knowing that the heater and water pipes won't have silt and bacteria building up from our well water. And water tastes great with the 0.2 micron filter in place!

I use to pay $600

I use to pay $600. a year for spring water. My 5 stage RO filter has paid for itself over and over.excellent service

Amazing value, superior product

Love this. Saving so much money on bottled water and water service! Water tastes great and super clean—cleaner than most bottled waters. Really, you cannot beat this for the price—even for the quality. Super easy to install. Now I can cook with clean water and never run out. Most importantly, it gives me great peace of mind to know it delivers cleaner water than FDA standards.
